Great location on the river. Staff was all very friendly. Only reason I would not stay here again is that there is no fitness center or pool. If they are traveling and one person is not a gambler they have nothing to do when the rest of the group is in the casino. And not having both restaurants open on weekdays was a disappointment as we arrived later in the evening and would have liked a nice sit down dinner vs the fast food option in the casino. With not a lot of selection we drove across the river to Paducah for meals the rest of our trip.

Nice sized clean rooms. Staff was great. Lower limit tables during the week. Steak house only open Thursday- Sunday. If they had a pool we may have stayed longer.

Nothing special, but nothing wrong either. I was there on a Tues, the main restaurant was closed until Thursday. Had to go into town to eat. Not a big deal, it was a good meal ...

The hotel itself was very clean. My room was very clean and felt nice and cozy. A good amount of room to relax and chill out during the evenings. Elevators were also right next to the entrance so that made coming and going a breeze. Really my only complaint was that this hotel still has the old school cable TV service. Why all hotels now days aren't switching over to smart TV's is crazy to me. Other than that, I really didn't have much to complain about.

I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered room service food from the grill which arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The only thing I was wondering was why The Bridges didn't have room service. I did go to Bridges for breakfast and it tasted fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the casino with had a good selection of slots, but I would stay there even without gaming. I enjoyed it very much.

Excellent hotel with a casino attached. The front desk clerk recommended two nearby restaurants. We tried the Italian restaurant, and it was excellent.
