The breakfast was good overall. The location was great. The air conditioner did not cool as expected, the room felt warm and uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not cool like it should. The room was not as clean as we expect for the price we are paying, especially the bathroom.

The price is higher than when I stay at a Marriott in the U.S. its not that these rooms are fancy by those standards, so I don't see the benefits for the costs. The location is excellent. Those restaurants were EXCELLENT just a couple weeks ago when I first came. (That is how I found the Marriott hotel here in Mexicali ) this weekend they are closed earlier than advertised, so we had to venture out and find dinner.

Every time you need to get the car out you need to stop by the counter and get a ticket to exit the parking lot.

i was double charged $81 for the breakfast. I was charged on my card and we paid in cash.

Room was clean . I didn’t like how the WiFi was not good at all . Tv didn’t had alot of options . And the shower was not well cleaned it had mold and yellow stains in the corners of the shower . Bathroom walls needs a clean up as well .

Convenient to border crossing. Secured parking. Allowed our two large dogs for a nominal fee. Comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurants nearby Nothing. Stayed here before and continue to love it.
