Everything clean, calm, working, the breakfast AMAZING No mini fridge but its not a big deal

Loved the cleanliness, large room size, spacious parking, free breakfast, and minisplit/AC to tolerate the scorching heat! The staff are professional and friendly. It seems like we stayed in the newer tower/addition which was nice. This hotel exceed e d NY expectations! I wish the parking was covered because Mexicali sun is no joke. Also, the entrance a bit tricky.

Nothing Personal did’t care about customers, when we arrived there were three neighbor dog sleeping at the entrance, noisy rooms, we can hear a person snoring loud next door, poor lights, not enough parking area and you can hear the traffic, the area is not the best.

It was very comfortable and it has a good view will stay there again The only thing that is missing is a mini fridge in the room. I have asked the room service for more shampoo never received. It had to go to the front desk.

The lobby the room was clean very nice they were under construction they had limited parking at a park on the dirt, and the beds were not very comfortable

Just the nice staff My mattress. Was broken. They are doing construction. And the started at 5am. Horrible room. Very horrible stay. I would suggest booking take it off you website. Not recommended

Nothing The shower knob was broken, very little water in the faucet and no towels provided. Informed the staff and nothing was done. Never again. I should get reimbursed.

! Humm hard to say.. Dirty, smelly, main doors at hotel entrance open wide and air blows inside the hotel when is windy, rooms very small
