HOTEL DON QUIJOTE

La ubicacion. No habia shampoo ni body wash. No tenia el control del AC

I absolutely adored that the property featured a charming statue of Don Quixote to greet guests as soon as you entered through the hotel walls! There was also a water fountain alongside the statue of Don Quixote de La Mancha. I also liked that the property provided 24-hour front desk service, free parking, clean linens, room service, excellent air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a smart tv, and free water for guests. The staff were so accommodating that they helped us when we accidentally locked the keys in our car! True lifesavers! I did not like that one small section of the parking lot was a bit limited with parking because if you returned to the property late at night, you would run the risk of parking in the tandem spots! I do wish that the hotel provided complimentary shampoo and conditioner, but perhaps this helps to keep prices low? Hand soap was provided for free. I would also suggest that management consider installing towel bars in the room (ex. a multi towel rack). There was one command hook that worked very well, but I just wish there was another hook or towel rack to dry my other towels. In addition, I wonder how the free water experience is during the summer, as the weather can get pretty hot and the water jug dispenser was located outside during our stay in the springtime.

Not good at all, they have to go in to the room to turn the ac on, then if needs to be colder you need to call the office to send someone to make any changes, there's no privacy. Also its too noisy 24 hrs, you can't sleep well. Towels in the bathroom are to old and smell real bad. I'm not going back again any more!! Not good at all

It was a vacation that landed me poor with no refund for bus to go home and booking said the refund was coming ASAP I was lied to! And how come they said I didn't arrive at the hotel when I was there since THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH! AND CHARGED A FEE? I WAS HOMELESS IN THE STREET AND RUINED MY VACATION SEEN ALOT OF PEOPLE DOING DRUGS AND SOME ONE ODEED DIED I TRIED TO SAVE HIM TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE WAITING FOR YOU TO GIVE MY REFUND. I CALLED 911 AND WAS PIST OFF AT THE AMBULANCE TAKING FOREVER I DOD EVERYTHING I COULD TO SAVE HIM! I WANT AN NEED MY MONEY TO GO HOME WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS I DON'T WAS TOLD IT IS COMING ASAP. AND BOOKING PROMISE ME IT WOULD AND THE HOTEL WASN'T ANSWERING YOU GUYS TO HELP ME GET MY REFUND!

The Room didn't have a AC remote.. they came turned it on and couldn't adjust temperature had to keep going to front desk to have it turned on and off..

Bed was really comfortable, water heat and pressure was nice. The ceiling lights did not turn off completely; they were right over the bed shining in my eyes all night. The minisplit appeared to be disassembled.

friendly staff and the presentation of the outside building it was so dirty under the toilet, on the corners, the sink and shower had a leaking fixture, air was coming in from so many cracks, no screen on the window, cold old blanket, too big furniture for such a small room, the drawers on the furniture suddenly open and trip with them, Ike a ghost in the middle of the night, poor building maintenance

The room was filthy, had rats poop and strong rotten smell. Was a nightmare.
