Hotel is comfortable and staff is very friendly. There are parking lots in front of the rooms and there's always somebody willing to assist. Room temperature was nice and it was very clean. Loud music at 6:30AM; other than that, no issues.

Nice location and the staff were nice Stinks, dirty bed headboard, a/c unit was really old missing pieces and noisy. Biiig roaches.

Nothing They hiked the amount I booked for when they saw I only spoke English but when my husband paid he didn't have that issue they profile and target foreigners

Rooms are OK. For the price The people at reception take advantage of travelers. Doesn't matter what you get the room for online. Basically they charge you what they want. I inquire to them about the issue and they get loud with attitude. Unprofessional. I was going to leave a nice tip too.

Nothing Staff, women at the front (except one man that help), very rude. They don't accept internet prices. They will over charge. Take advantage cause I don't speak the language. The place is ran down.

Donating I like it was the price but you get what you pay for it right There was people outside making a lot of noise yelling laughing for like three hours we didn’t even have blankets it was just a horrible night too much noise couldn’t get any sleep

The price was good. Could not get a two bed room on 1st floor. Difficult to get my 90 year old mother up and down the stairs.

The cleanliness of the room. The building is a bit run down. Other than that is good. Very clean!

Clean , awesome staff. Restaurant. They have a menu for you to order food. I ordered food and after 2 hours of waiting I called and they told me they had a long list.my food never arrived.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, but if you did not tell them to clean the room that day, they do not clean it. The manager was very nice and tried to meet my demands, especially the one where they do not let any visitors come in. The price per room, not what I wanted to pay for one room and there is not a fridge in the room nor a table to sit and eat the meals you can get from room service which was very good.
