Red Roof Inn Globe - Miami, AZ

Staff pleasant, bed comfortable, aircon worked, floor was very dirty, bathroom needed general maintenance, no seating or tables in lobby where continental breakfast was available, only 2 cereals, a few apples, muffins, juice and coffee. Okay hotel for a one night stay.

The outside of the hotel is pretty unappealing. However, we walked into a fairly updated but simple room and felt pretty good about it. Then, stepped into the bathroom and found a plunger next to the toilet. Sure enough, the toilet would not flush completely and we were forced to use the plunger constantly. I've never experienced this in a hotel before and hope never again. Unless they start to properly maintain the systems in their hotel, don't stay there. Also, we didn't realize how much road noise there would be and the train behind the hotel constantly ran behind the hotel, blowing it's horn and shaking the building and the beds.

Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy bed. Friendly staff switched rooms at my request to avoid people loitering People loitering, broken safety lock on door, TV sound, and was fearful my truck might get broken into. Lots of signs saying motel not responsible for loss due to break-ins. Only one reason for that many warning signs.

The room was nice but the bed was really sunk in the middle. The bed and the breakfast muffins were really old. The smoke alarm was alerting me in the middle of the night of low batteries which interrupted our sleep. The parking lot has pot holes everywhere which made it hard to drive through at night. The water in the shower wouldn't get hot.

No working smoke detector in room. No coffee maker in room. No ice machine on the property. Breakfast was a joke. Muffins from God knows when and stale cereal.

Everything!! We enjoyed every minute of it

Breakfast was good but had to be taken back to your room which with no trays was challenging. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. A nearby restaurant was good for dinner. Having to take breakfast back to room.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I will use the. Again in the future!

Very few amenities here, no coffe maker in room you have to walk to lobby for coffee. My room had a disconnected smoke alarm half of it sittings on top of fridge, had a nice lighted mirror BUT it didn't work. They dont even provide Kleenex in the room so had to go buy my own. Had no idea where the ice machine was supported to be but they provide a plastic ice bucket :( No hair dryer or ironing board in room either. SUPER BASIC!
