Place and facility was clean, quiet and staff was nice

Location is great, it is close to everything, plenty of parking. Room is only clean every other day, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very limited. We were there for 4 nights and were going to extend but one night the hotel was too crowded and there was a lot of noise, we had to complain to the front desk several times and they did not take care of the issue. A little pricey.

The hotel is ok, the staff could be a little more helpful.

Cold lemon water in lobby 1. Our rooms air conditioner unit was reading 60 barely blowing and on top of that the air blowing was not cool at all. 2. Carpets throughout room were damp. 3. Room was humid. 4. Towels left fuzzies on body after use.

Location staff. The key system is outdated, needs a new key system. Sometimes when, you try to open the door it's not working. You just, have to play with it. Not good enough!

The reason why I rated my stay Ok. I stayed at this hotel the week before and everything was Good. I stayed on the 1st floor. The room rate was decent. The room was very clean and smelled good. Besides from a stained towel everything was Really Good. I came back the next week. This time my room was on the second floor. The room rate increased by 30 plus doors. The fire alarm kept going off. Fire rescue came to check the issue. I asked if everything was ok the staff informed me that everything was fine. They said it was a false alarm. It happen 2 more times. The rooms have a slight smell. It's a mixture of dampness and old. I arrived a bit early I inquired about early check in. I was really tired because I had a long drive. I was told by the Front Desk Attendant that they don't have early check in on the weekends. I have never heard this before. She took my number down and never called. I ended up going to a near by restaurant and shopping plaza to past the time. I checked in after the 3pm check in time. The location of this Hotel is a plus but could be much better considering the price.

Everything Three people knocking the door, first one the housekeeper asking what time we leave one hour before the checkout time, 30 mins later another lady asking same thing, 20 mins after a guy opened the door and he said: oh sorry! All this three people saw the “NIT DISTURB” sign hanging outside the door, and we asked for late checkout at 1 pm Regular checkout is a 12 pm, but the housekeeper was very annoying and ask us a few mins before 11 am
