I loved the location and the view. The food was amazing. I did not receive a receipt. I have no idea what I paid for the room. As in how it was broken down and when I would receive my deposit back.

Specifically asked if I was able to check into this hotel at 18 and was told yes. So I booked 2 nights and spent almost 300 on it. Then I went to check in and then they said oh no you cant because your under 21. Then why are you telling people tgey can? And why am I able to book online? And why does the website state 18? Gave me a full refund but said it wouldn't process for 7-10 business days. So i had to sleep in the car for my miami trip🙄👍
