Pics as advertised room was clean & cool at all times & didn’t have to worry about parking

The apartments were outdated, extremely loud ac units/ boilers that keeps you awake, rust on furnishing, dust, had cleaning 1 x during 5 day stay despite escalating this to reception staff. Male reception staff unfriendly. Only frozen meals avaliable for breakfast- no other food available. It was not a comfortable stay.

The bar area was very cool. No towels anywhere to be had. I had to get dressed and go to the main office and get some to take a shower.

My room ac no A/c

This place is awful. It is dirty and completely misrepresented by the pictures it has listed. You share a bathroom with other people outside of your room. It looks like a place you would rent by the hour. I would not EVER recommend you book this place unless you are looking for that type of establishment.

Older style hotel. A good old. Very friendly stuff. There is a restaurant/bar on property.

The whole place needed trimming of vegetation, cleaning of walkways, table tennis dirty. Would certainly not recommend the place, as it was way way way overpriced!!

Facilities were over homes that have been converted into rooms. Not many receptacles the water was cool even at the hottest temperature. Parking was a challenge only one handicap spot difficult to get in and out of it with a truck. The bar was nice however very expensive fortunate I met some Cubans that were very generous and covered a large portion of our tab, places nothing to brag about, staff and all involved are very gracious and kind to their patronage. OK for one night day.

Convenient location, bar on site, pool on site. Everything is walking distance. 110% recommended.

Nice location if you want to be close to the airport. Easily walkable to little Havana and the Marlins baseball stadium.

The only thing that I suggest is to have a better air conditioning system. We had a good stay.

We had a fantastic stay here while attending the world cup. Room was clean and was very authentic to the way the building where. Loved the pool and would recommend to anyone looking to get away to miami.

We stayed in the “Pink House” and it smelled so terrible it almost made us sick. There was an odor machine in the main room that they turned on when we reported it. We had to trek to find air fresheners just to make it. Also, the room was ridiculously small for two people. Only one person could pass by the bed at a time. The fan cooled the room ok but if you don’t like wind blowing on you at night, do not stay there. It was nice to have a parking spot.

Basic accommodation, free parking , unfortunately we visited during football, therefore over priced

It was great! The bar and restaurant has a good happy hour and good food. Very recommended.

Very nice and helpful staff, the Argentina lady ( I forgot her name) from reception is super nice and friendly Our room was super cosy and the bed amazing comfortably Good location I will definitely come back

Easy to get to All the clubs

It’s a nice place to stay. just need a bit of renovation. I liked it Simply.

The rooms were super clean and nice but the walls are super thin. There is a beautiful restaurant/bar on property but it stays open until 12am with loud music and you can hear the airplanes that fly over constantly. But otherwise, really great property.
