I believe there are some areas for improvement that could enchanted the experience for guests. Needs more dining options, swimming pools and upgrades.

Haven't been to this property for about 6 months. Noticed a lot of upgrades: new elevators, new furniture in rooms. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. Staff was very friendly.

TV was not working in my room & had a very late check-in so I didn’t want maintenance looking at it & keeping me awake. Told the front desk the next morning & they weren’t very sympathetic.

I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were nice, the bed was cozy, the shower was amazing and the breakfast was very tasty! I did miss not being able to get in to a pool, but look forward to the water park that should be there by the next time we come to visit in 2027! thank you for an amazing stay!

The staff was very helpful and professional.

Your shower door stoppers don’t stop where they should and it smashed his hand and ruined his night luckily it didn’t break any fingers.

Staff was not very knowledgeable about basic amenity questions. I was also not happy that the pool was closed for major renovations.

The hotel is going through renovation but regardless my stay was not affected. Staff is very professional and attentive to guest needs and casino is a very nice area to visit and enjoy. Overall the stay was very good

1 gaming floor.. some newer slots. If you smoke the smoking game rooms are extremely smokey... la brisa food is pricey but delicious... wins are alright... went to buy plants down the road... didn't really land for 2 days... so it worked
