W South Beach Private Luxury Suites

Beautiful beach view, great room, had a few minor issues with the room that were never actually taken care of while we were there, but didn’t affect our stay. Just feel they could do a better job responding and repairing deficiencies.

The staff no exception were all awesome : helpful & friendly ! The food is very good at the grove !

The staff was very accommodating. The room was very large and clean. The food and beverage service around the pool was also very good. We also had a large deck. However, it had no cover which meant limited use of the deck because in South Florida, it does rain often even for short periods. But since there was no cover we could not sit on the deck when it rained or for some time after the rain because all of the furniture/cushions were wet.

Huge hidden fees. $85 per day “resort fee”, that I didn’t know about. Never again

Room was not ready on-time after I had already called ahead and talked to someone of the staff who told me it was ready. The blackout blinds in the suite did not work correctly. I let the staff no and they had the opportunity to address while we are at dinner but did nothing.

Room was spacious and view was amazing. Staff went out there way to make our stay memorable.

They stopped caring for customers service. They are closing it all down on Aug 20 so it’s an attitude issue that no one cares about it. I guess everyone is losing their job too. It’s a nice property and incredible location. Shame it’s ghetto

Great stay

Resolving the issue required multiple follow-ups with the hotel, Booking.com, and Marriott customer service. I was passed between several representatives before someone finally acknowledged that the charge should not have been applied. A review was promised within a few business days, but that timeline was not met. The refund was eventually processed, but only after significant effort on my part. There were also other billing discrepancies at check-out, including resort fees that had already been paid, which I had to dispute before leaving. In addition, our room was not ready until approximately 5:30 PM despite a published 4:00 PM check-in time and earlier assurances that a 1:00 PM check-in might be possible. The hotel ultimately corrected the billing error. However, the combination of inaccurate charges, delayed check-in, and the amount of time required to resolve issues made what should have been a relaxing stay unnecessarily stressful. I hope the hotel improves front desk training and billing procedures so future guests do not encounter similar problems.

Kinda surprised at the W South Beach. Decent pool, but not enough food options. Basically one restaurant supplying mostly the same food to the pool, bar and restaurant.I liked it but didn’t love it. The adult only pool was kinda dismal. And the main pool you had to relocate every few hours if you wanted sun. Not what We were expecting. Probably a one and done. Great staff though.

Rooms were spacious hallways smelled amazing staff was so nice and accommodating and helpful with bags and answering questions , waited for your uber with you to go anywhere and opened the doors for you , overall amazing staff and prime location for beach access and there is the main pool , and a private adults only pool also if you wanted to be secluded. I wish the resort had a jacuzzi though, like multiple. Would’ve topped the cake for me. But overall very happy spending the amount I did to stay there for 4 nights 10000/10
