The property itself is run down, there is a stale mold like smell throughout. Our room in particular had no hot water. Cigarette burns on the tub, the floor was sticky, the blankets felt as if they were placed on the bed humid

Rooms smell very bad and Manager was soooo dam rude,rooms are not inspected the right way before handing keys to guests

I liked the front desk people the rooms the floors and the bathroom and the fridge, stove and tv and remote.

The hallways smelled like strong cheap air freshener and mildew combined. Walls are paper thin that I got woken up at midnight by my next door neighbors screaming, moaning and grunting. upstairs neighbor walks loud and throws his furniture around at 1 am

Convenience and front desk staff were very nice. The facility had a strong stench of mold and the first room that was assigned to me (429) was infested with black mold ( pictures taken) I went to the front desk the following morning, showed front desk staff pictures, I was provided with a new room (410) was in better condition, but still had mold (pictured taken). This is very dangerous and unhealthy conditions for tenants and staff. It was noted that there is an AC sensor on the doors which I believe is a contributing factor to the extensive mold infestation because AC turn off if no one is in the rooms. AC prevent mold. Also dehumidifiers in hallways = humidity and mold issues.

That elevator needs some grease, it will terrify you. Terrance is cool🙏 my room had a drip noise but i was ok.

Elevator seem like it’s about to break down smell bad in hallway it’s ok for one night I booked two nights and left after the first night didn’t say the two days

The place was nice I would have just like if it had water in the room and a coffee machine with coffee and tea 😁😁😁

The room was clean, A/C ok, the mattress was worn out, no coffe machine, no air dryer, no iron, too bright the room, there was no sign on the door that said do not disturb, a lot of noise from next floor, Excelent location, close to turnpike highway , was ok but you can not sleep all night..

Did not like anything it was so filthy with such a rough crowd. I went upstairs to the room and it was disgusting. I turned in the keys the last day and had to sleep with my dog in my car to drive back to Lake Placid. I am disputing the charges. You can take them over your side. It is appalling.

Nothing It's smelled horrible!! People sleeping in the lobby I ad to change like 7 times room bc the WiFi didn't work I had to pay for whole other hotel!!
