The stay was great staff was helpful friendly and attentive to my needs. Stores and restaurants were close by all and all a very pleasant experience.

Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton.

The bathtub in our room (210) did not drain well. Standing in water up to your ankles while taking a shower was not something that I liked.

The room was just ok. Some of the staff members were marginal at best. The hotel obviously has a vent problem related to the kitchen. I could smell old grease in the air upon entering the hotel. Only thing really nice were nearby shops/restaurants within walking distance.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel had bed bugs. I was then told they would put me in another room free of charge. Seriously I'm staying nowhere near your property. I then asked if they could put me in another Hilton property in the area and they said no. Just go stay somewhere else. This place needs serious managerial help.

The payment didn't go through, I didnt' have another card, so I had to leave. I never entered the room and would like to be provided a full refund for that "Hilton Hospitality" Experience. I'm done with them. Not getting a room and then driving 30 min to find a new hotel room that i could stay in. Rediculous.

Front desk was amazing. I was there for three nights and the day of my third day there the room is still not been clean and they just brought in some clean towels and changed the waist basket. That’s all they did so I was very disappointed with that.

Pool was ok. Staff friendly.
