Great place, and nice staff

Random bell hop at 6 pm was in our room bringing towels. Scared the hell out of wife. Dinner took 2 hours to get , and food was good, but wife’s steak was cold. But still good. Wait staff was amazing. Concierge would not budge on reducing room charges from bad experience. Valet took forever to get vehicle, and then drove it like she stole it flying across parking lot. Watch your step out back broken concrete and trip hazards everywhere. Extremely disappointing for a $2000, 24 hour date.

I was with a friend who also rented one of the spa cabana’s for a few hours today. The cabana was great, however there was not an option for a robe, slippers or locker. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Spa spa amenity is and pool should be available to pay guest staying overnight the hotel, nickel and dime for each experience. Some experiences activities should be included within the price of being an overnight guest.

A really luxe resort. Outside pool area super good fun and great for kids and adults alike with separate areas. Well staffed in all areas of the hotel

The property and staff are amazing. Lots to do if you bring the kiddos, the kids camp let's adults relax and enjoy amenities. The one thing the property can work on is the food menu; more variety is needed. The Red Horse Tavern is a 5-minute walk into town and has the best food!!

Staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the history of the resort. My stay was very relaxing. I also enjoyed the zip-line tour. I recommend trying one of the salamander adventure activities.

The atmosphere was clean, decorative, friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. We had the privilege of a watress who's first name was Rose, who was very helpful with the choices of our breakfast, and the breakfast was scrumptious. There was nothing to dislike.

This was a beautiful resort. Very helpful staff. Lots of fun outdoor activities. Everything was very classy.

Beautiful setting, well maintained. Room was great. The free shuttle to Middleburg was a real plus. Really enjoyed all the activities. Had to wait way too long (over an hour) and we’re only told it would be “soon”. They lost our lunch order at the pool.
