Friendly staff who tried to be helpful. Very convenient location with nice buffet breakfast. The ice making machine on my floor was broken...again! Also, the luggage carts could use a good cleaning.

The staff at the front desk was always welcoming and polite. I needed to change my flight home to a day earlier for medical reasons. I was told by your company and booking.com that I would be refunded for the night of 5/11/26. That didn't happen and apparently wont be afforded to me. Otherwise everything was great.

Booked the room, wanting access to a hot-tub. The hot-tub was filled but the jets did not work. I called the facility prior to booking and was confirmed that the hotel did have a hot-tub. Was not told that it was not operational. This would have impacted my reserving at room at this facility. Booked the room, wanting access to a hot-tub. I liked the location of the hotel because it was close to the area in which I was traveling too. The hotel is located around a lot of stores and restaurants in which you have a variety of selections to choose. The customer service was not good, I called the hotel a few hours prior to my arrival several times and no one answered. I get there to check in and no staff was at the front desk, I called while standing there I here the phone ringing still no answer. I asked some other guest was anyone working the desk and they stand that they were calling the desk as well. Finally, after waiting for about 15 minutes a staff member appears not sure where she was coming from because it surely wasn't from the door leading to the front desk. With no apology for the wait time or anything very unprofessional. The hotel didn't have a fresh cleanly smell it was a musty odor and the floor I stayed on had a garbage can by the elevators that was full and smelly I was there from Friday to Sunday it never was changed.

The hotel was not worth the ratings reflected by n Expedia. When we arrived there was police activity at the hotel. We were woken up by people yelling in the hall way. The television did not work, some of the outlets did not work and the soap dispenser was empty. I chose the hotel because I expected a better experience given the per day room rate.
