Hello, after checking into our Hotel room, we saw the sheets were not cleaned and piled up on the bed from the previous guest. The hotel could be short on employees and housekeeping did not have time to clean the room. We talked to the front desk, and they gave us keys for a different room. This is an upscale Hotel and more expensive than average and the price was high

The room was nice, fairly clean, staff was very friendly, hot tub was nice. Breakfast was very good. Our room had a shower temperature issue. However the staff gave us a discount which made it doable. There were accommodating as they could be.

Room was okay for a quick night. Toilet was really low, only one box of tissues in the room so you had to carry it from bathroom to the beds and breakfast could have been better. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean.

The location was excellent. Room And all other areas were very clean. Pool included. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Areas kept clean and replenished very quickly. The hallways and rooms were quiet. You didn’t hear other people talking or yelling or slamming doors. Elevator was quick and easy. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there needs to be more towels and linens provided.

Hotel was decent enough for a one-night stay, nothing special. Breakfast was okay. Got put in a room tucked away with no view, which didn't help. Not a bad stay, just forgettable. I'd probably pick somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

Front desk staff was always pleasant and polite. Liked the cleanliness and design of room. Lots of pillows and nice shower. Easy to use temperature control. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Toilet was running throughout the night. Beds were a bit soft; might benefit from a spin.
