Staff couldn't do anything, was told they never made up a sofa bed, only one person working couldn't get towels, sheets nothing

I liked location, friendly and helpful staff, large room The extra bed was just springs. There was no cushioning. It was not able to be slept on. There were three of us and one person needed to sleep on that uncomfortable mattress

Key card did not work to access fitness center and pool, unacceptable.

Quiet, clean, and near everything one would need. It was pricey for a one night stay.

Overall - very good & very close to the airport. Some of a few negatives - no charging station in room. Gym was small & indoor pool was small. Other than those small issues - everything went well. We also visited during mayfly season. Would be great if you were an entamologist. :)
