House keeping needs to be better. Cleaning a room 1 time in 20 days is disgusting

Would like to recommend a small continental breakfast as it would be helpful whose stay isn't very long. Love the complimentary coffee. Would you consider complimentary water from a jug?

Bathroom was dirty with lots of grime and hair in the shower, room smelled like cigarette smoke

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the door to my room did not have the safety stopped on the door to prevent someone from coming into the room
