The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the door to my room did not have the safety stopped on the door to prevent someone from coming into the room

It could have used some improvement. This hotel was selected because it has a kitchenette; however, on my first night's stay I informed the front office that my stove was not working. I asked to be moved rooms since I had purchased my food to cook in the room, but was told there were no other vacancies. The stove was not repaired in the 4 days I was there. Additionally, my billing was, and is still, a disaster. After the initial hold was placed on my card, 3 days later another $131.10 hold was placed. Currently, there is a $262.00 hold despite the charges already being deducted from my account, and I checked out 4 days ago. This is going to cause other payments to not go through.

Systems were down, couldn’t check in. Cancelled with Expedia and Candlewood wouldn’t allow a refund to us and we never could check in to our room.
