Room was smelling humid. There was multiple hairs on bed sheets. Called the front desk and said it will be changed and it never was.

Beds, rooms, and facility were nice and cozy Some of front clerks willingness to help was there. Indoor pool area would burn eyes because of the chlorine upon entering.

Room was clean, shower was nice. Lady who checked me in was on the phone the whole time, but whatever. Pool was freezing and hot tub had a lot of chlorine. Overall not bad

One elevator was malfunctioning, and we nearly got stuck in it one morning. When I told the front desk, the employee acted as though this was a common occurrence and showed little concern. The “gym” is also a smelly joke. The worst part, however, was the customer service. I was there on business and needed to check out one day early due to a change in our client’s schedule. The front desk immediately told me that because I booked through Expedia, I had to contact Expedia for the cancellation. Expedia then claimed “technical issues” prevented them from accessing my booking. I informed the hotel that we were checking out and asked that it be noted. Expedia later told me they would not refund the unused night because that decision was up to Comfort Suites. So the hotel sent me to Expedia, and Expedia ultimately pointed back at the hotel. Rather than refund one unused night of a four-night stay, they simply kept the money. I’d welcome a response from either Comfort Suites management or Expedia explaining how this is acceptable customer service. I’ll avoid both Comfort Suites Midland and Expedia in the future.

The staff was exceptional the breakfast the ladies that made breakfast the ladies that worked in the front the coffee was always hot they were always very very kind and they accepted my service animal without any issues absolutely at all I was so grateful it was clean it was beautiful the pool the hot of everything excellent excellent excellent excellent place to go The staff the staff were exceptional they were helpful they were kind they were considerate they were I was amazed with them they were an amazing team all the ladies up front everyone from housekeeping to the food service ladies to cleaning the grounds were beautiful well kept very quiet perfect comfortable great room lovely lovely great perfect accommodations
