It was convenient and fairly clean The elevator was broken the offer us to go to another hotel but it would’ve been too much of a hassle the pool had way too much chlorine in it, and there was no bathroom nearby, which is kind of unusual

Overall the room is clean, the staffs (room service, kitchen) are friendly. However, the elevator is down without fixes on sight. Climbing 4 floors during hot Texas summer can be taxing. The checking out time can be a little more flexible. We asked the front desk if we can check out at 2pm due to a delayed event, after spending 5 nights. Unfortunately, we were denied, though the hotel doesn’t seem to be fully occupied due to the broken elevator.

We had a comfortable stay, the sink in the bathroom was very slow but outside of that it was good, the room was clean and shower was good, the pool could have been a little warmer but it was clean and hot tub worked great. The front desk was able to accommodate us on the first floor as the elevator was down so it was a good stay and breakfast had a nice variety

The property is clean and the rooms are clean. The location is perfect. The elevators were not working. They said they had been broken for at least a month already. They need to fix that for our guest. For the price that you pay for your rooms, I believe that every hotel should have at least least working elevators.

I loved how clean and uptight it was and in amazing location! The lady at the front desk didn't know English when I told her I didn't want them to go in my room to clean while we were gone she kinda gave me attitude about it like they had to do it!
