Hot water is not stable, hard to take a warm bath. Neighbors are very noisy in the midnight.

This place was better than expected. It was jusy what I needed this trip.

Got in late because of storms and office was already closed, but called the number and staff was extremely friendly and texted us the room number and code for door. Room was very clean and well maintained. Reservation was for two people, but they only had one set of towels. A quick call back and they had another set sent to us very quickly. Definitely worth the price if just looking for a bed and bathroom for a quick stay.

This is a quiet space to stay. The insides are clean and neat. Water is hot, blackout curtains are amazing. No bugs, no hangers (normally wouldn’t care but needed just one for a dress shirt) no issues. I will stay here again without hesitation!

Bed skirt on the bed was dirty and tub was stained. The only reason I rated a 3 was because the young lady in the office was amazing. Very sweet and helpful. Everything else was poor, including the quality of the food.

The pictures that are posted are not representative of the rooms you'll end up with. I think it is very misleading. If you stay here, expect a tiny room, no amenities, almost no water pressure for showering or flushing the toilet. Very little room to move around. I had a room with 2 double beds and had no place to open up my suitcase. Wife did but not me. Double beds are not side by side. I was disappointed. The only good thing is that you can do your laundry for free. If you watch Landman, and you saw where some of the rig workers live, that is what you get here.

The staff were very nice and the cafe had a limited menu. But my cheeseburger was good and so were the fries. And well priced as well. No complaints and I would stay there again. And even for a longer term with a different room option would be better than many places I have stayed over the years.
