The room was ok but we found hair on the towels and bathroom. The elevator did not work and they had put us on the fourth floor. Which was really hard to climb up and down the stairs every time we left the hotel. The manager and staff were very sweet.

The front desk failed to mention the elevator was not working before booking room on the 3rd floor . They tried to put us in the last room available on the first floor and the ac wasn’t working properly so we had no choice to stay on the 3rd floor , suite was a good size room but the pull out sofa was full of stains on both sides of mattress and with no sheets at all . Sofa was stained , the pool was dirty and no maintenance personnel on the weekends.

The room was clean and the breakfast had good options. The hotel elevator wasn’t working and we had to get to the 4th floor. With no discount. Also the stairs were not clean. The nights are noisy.

My mom has knee issues and is handicapped and the elevators were out and they had no rooms available on first floor that were ready so Jeffrey who worked the front desk made sure we had a room on first floor and helped us get everything changed over and cleaned up so she didn’t have to climb the stairs we will definitely recommend yall our stay was great all the way around

Horrible. Elevator not working and my room was on the 4th floor. Wish they had this posted prior to me booking the room. What an inconvenience. Lucky for me I work out from time to time. Climbing four flights of stairs with groceries, luggage and a work backpack was not fun. I won't ever return to this hotel. Sad treatment for a Diamond Elite customer.

How nice and clean it was. I did not like that the staff checked me into a room that lights was flickering, refrigerator was not working properly, also staff allowed an different guest access to my room due to entering the wrong room number in their system. At that moment I no longer felt safe to stay.

Elevator was not working; had no idea this was an issue at booking; booking was non refundable so had no recourse upon arrival.

-no elevator the entire time and I was on the 3rd floor -key cards would stop working every 3 to 4 days and I wouldn't find out until I got to my room, on the 3rd floor -no bowls, 1 fork 1 knife and 1 steak knife, no spoons -cleaners came twice during my stay until I called and reminded them I needed m y room cleaned -WiFi was spotty, worked about 60% of the time, the rest was completely unusable -free laundry, machines work great -water pressure in the showers is really good

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was several things weren’t working; elevator, one of the entry doors where we had to park due to full parking (could only be open through the inside not with keycard) & the treadmill wasn’t working.

Good for overnight

Rooms are pretty nice id say get the double room instead
