Overall, everything was standard for this level of hotel. It's a solid, middle-of-the-road, hotel.

Had a bar to order drinks and food

Very friendly and helpful staff. I did not like that the room would have cost me more if I would have used my veteran discount compared to booking through booking.com. Not cool to say you have a veteran discount but you really charge us more.

The staff were beyond amazing. Thanks ladies for the pleasant check in experience. This was just an all around perfect location and experience for me. I will definitely keep this location at the top of my list, and I will definitely return. 10 out of 10 experience.

The staff is absolutely lovely. When I checked in, there could not have been a more beautiful person to welcome us, she was lovely and charming. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a very peaceful nice stay!

Bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned very well

Good service!

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Also close to the venue where I went to see a show.

Location I arrived at 1:30 on Saturday and was told Check-in is at 3:00, not once but three times! The Hispanic lady was really rude. I stay at this location often and this was a new employee who had no compassion for the customer!!!

breakfast was good, I did not park

Location Convenient
-
Parking was safe and easy. Overall, the property looked well maintained. The rooms lack sufficient convenient power outlets.

It was great place to stay
-
really amazing staff and nice rooms for prices
-
Food from the Bistro was so bad, and way overpriced. No drip coffee in the morning, outdated rooms
-
Clean and convenient

Always an excellent stay!

Excellent. EV chargers would be nice amenity. And possibly a draw for those who drive EVs because there are no public chargers in Midlothian.

The first night we arrived, we went to get a drink at the “bar” and their shipment “did not come in” for alcohol that week, so we had to get our own. We went to get in bed and there was HAIR all over our sheets, the toilet wouldn’t flush half the time, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, It smelled like mold, stained walls, my daughters purse mysteriously disappeared from the room the day we checked out, and the staff was incredibly rude!!! The housekeeping manager rolled her eyes at me when I questioned the whereabouts of my daughter’s purse and then mocked me at checkout to a friend of mine. Andrea the night shift employee kicked us out of the lobby for little girls being little girls, saying they were too loud but yet there was no one there and no one complaining. It was a HORRIBLE experience and an absolutely filthy disgusting hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost
