Nice clean room and comfortable bed. I will stay here again when I'm back in Milan visiting relatives. Breakfast was good and convenient. Friendly staff.

The room was very good. Breakfast was good. Overall, one of the best experiences staying in a hotel I have had. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Olivia was especially helpful! The mattress was very soft and I prefer a hard mattress.

my parents live in Jackson and it is dangerous there. my kids car windows were broken out and they were robbed. I felt safe here. staff was amazing can't find a single negative other than I can't figure out hiw to add my first trip to my Hilton honors.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. It was odd there was not a place to hang clothes/jackets, no hooks, hangers or closet.
