Convenient location Bathroom and jacuzzi tub need to be cleaned better. Mini fridge had food in it. It’s a smoking room but no ashtrays ot ice buckets.

Nothing. Property is in disrepair and unsafe. Room fire detector was on tv cabinet, not installed and without batteries. Property needs significant repair. Room appeared clean, scantly furnished. Comforter was small for bed - wrong size. Evidence of bed bugs. Did not stay at property- did not feel safe or hygienic. Property is in disrepair and unsafe. Poor

We booked for two nights visiting family in the area. This place should not even be open. Mold in bathroom (along with crayon markings on tile and door), filthy air vent, Plaster falling off outside of bathroom wall, very unsanitary and felt unsafe. We DID NOT stay the second night. I will see what the Corporate office will do. Super 8 should not allow this disrepair to go unnoticed.

Absolutely disgusting place. Staff was sleeping when we walked in. Given a room that had stains on the mattress, stains in the tub, room dirty and falling apart. I will be calling the health inspector. This place needs to be shut down.

The room was terrible: poor lighting, the door lock was broken, paint peeling, 2 pillows on a king-sized bed, no blankets, no fridge or microwave, no trash cans; the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet - no holder, and no mirror. It felt like a slasher movie....

Not what was advertised very run down and terrible needs remodeling overcharging and just not what is given on hotels it’s terrible in person

We did not even stay walked in and walked out flies everywhere, smelled rotten, staff could not communicate.

I booked this locale as a stopover without looking at the reviews. Yikes. The only positive I can come up with is the fact that the roof didnt leak. The property reminded me of an alley way in a seedy section of town. The room had stained walls, bed sheets and comforter. No way was i taking a shower there. I killed 2 cockroaches on the floor when i turned the lights on in the bathroom. The whole place had a creepy vibe to it. I didnt bother with the 'light' breakfast, i justed wanted to get out of there before the action started. It looked as though there was a permament resident in the room next to mine with a dog bowl and child car seat outside the door. I would not recommend this place to a blind person.

the only thing that was nice about the property was that i can park my vehicle right outside my door There were roaches in the room, bed bugs that bit my kids, no garbage can, broken door lock, broken bathroom door, filthy microwave, and i have pictures and videos to prove it all.

The smoke detector had been removed... we were given two different reasons for that by two different staff persons. I looked it up in Google: in the US, it's not legal to rent out a hotel room without a smoke detector. The bedding was clean (no bugs), which we found surprising, but we were glad to see that. Hotels.com should seriously consider removing this property from their program. If a room in this condition is considered acceptable to Hotels.com, I'll quit using their app.

Very old place

Outside is very run down, the metal stairs look like you'll get tetanus, the rooms are getting updated, but still rough looking outside.

Nothing worked--toilet refilled all night, alarm clock would not work, nor the clock in the microwave. No sign on the road to show where to enter. No fancy waffle maker! Location very run down. Next time I'll stay at the nearby Red Roof. See above
