Great place! Loved that bar and restaurant on site too.

The property was nice…very minimalist. It was a bit worn. The restaurant downstairs was very good.

The restaurant and bar is exceptional, definitely plan on dinner one night during your stay. Also, Honey pie Cafe has the best breakfasts. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stay

Clean room, nice amenities

The room was large, well maintained and very clean. The only negative was the bed had no headboard and the pillows tended to fall between the bed and the wall. 7 of the rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator so those who have difficulty climbing the stairs should not stay here unless they get the 1 ground floor room. Overall, I would recommend.

Beautiful, charming room. Very clean and comfortable. Everything

This place is super nice but my room was really dusty. I barely slept because the restaurant downstairs was super loud then after close they had music blaring and you could hear other peoples tvs after the music stopped and when they walked on the floors and stairs. Super creaky and squeaky floors. The entrance is in the front so anytime I was bringing my bags in I had to stand there and wait because the servers were at the tables right where you walk through. I wasn’t sent a code to check in so I had to call and ask after I waited in line at the restaurant and they had no idea how to help which wasn’t their fault. But they were super nice and the young lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice and helpful. For as much as this place costs there should be some different things in place. Place was nice though. Oh and I had to call about parking. Super limited when restaurant is open.

We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick. The #3 does not work on the inner keypad to enter the room and our code contained a 3. This has apparently been a problem for a little while. When we called, the gal gave us a new number right away. Also, there was no WiFi passcode in the room or in the communication prior to checkin. We had to call again for that. Service was wonderful again. The lights in the bathroom were partially out and there were no replacement bulbs in the room. We didn’t call about this but were hopeful the housekeepers would resolve the issue for the next guests. We will definitely stay again as these were very minor issues.

Loved the location! Easy walk to numerous delicious restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We also loved our room — the high ceilings, exposed brick, lots of sunlight. Friendly staff, responsive and helpful in person and via text.

This is a unique boutique type hotel. Room was nicely furnished and beds comfortable! Loved the location to be able to walk to hip restaurants and close drive to Summerfest. We couldn’t figure out the shades to make the room more dark, that’s my only recommendation is using black out shades or bringing an eye mask to help if you are a light sleeper.

(One small note- the walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallways and communal kitchen. So just make sure to pack some ear plugs)
-
Great location! Walking distance to some great bars, food and shopping. Some minor fixes to both the room and common area needed.
-
Lots of stairs and they made a lot of noise when you walked on them

The property had a beautiful, unique style. Loved it.

My only issue is that there were no parking spaces in the back and the listing specifically says there is parking in the back, which is inaccurate. When we arrived, all the spots were taken and the street sign had parking restrictions. I had to find someone at the restaurant to help me out with this. Being from Chicago, parking does give me a bit of anxiety. Had I known all along that street parking is okay (even though there are restrictions), I would have felt better. I was able to park on the street overnight and had no issues, but when we arrived, the street parking was limited because of the restaurant customers.

Lovely place to stay room is spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Be sure to contact property directly before you arrive for entry code. Expedia apparently does not share contact information with Kinn so you can access the room. Therefore they have no way to send you this information This can result in check-in delay until you find a person affiliated with Kinn to update you with this info.

Location is decent. That's it! AC was broken. Our room was 76 degrees. When I alerted them, they offered nothing.! The rugs in the room and hallway were curled up and we were tripping over them. They also looked really worn and old with bare spots. Worst of all, the shower!! Eww. Mildew like crazy. Im allergic to mildew, No Way I could use the shower. They refused to do anything about anything. Never again. Also, not accessible at all.
