I know what I can expect. No guessing! Being asked about where I live. Obviously, I am supporting their business as a patron. They have been informed that I am between housing & currently looking. Enough said!

Nice, quiet single story type rooms, AC is amazing, it’s a bit outdated with charm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities help make the stay affordable if it’s just a night or two.

When I extended my stay, thath is always prepaid. I was asked if I had already paid, when I went to get my door card updated. It was a harsh tone of voice. Not appreciated!

Friendly staff, very clean room. By far the best budget lodging in the area. But... Low quality Wi-Fi and TV. Thin walls and potential for sketchy guests next door.

No Do Not Disturb hangtag. The 20% pet fee makes this far less of a value for the quality. Next door was occupied by people fighting at 3am every night. Limited TV channels, running through copper coax, signal constantly cutting out.

Always a quick check in, cold AC and a nice place to stay when Portland is too darn hot!

We kept the fan on in the bathroom and at least the A/C worked to help lessen the bad smell. Also, whoever used the coffee maker last, left used tea bags in the water reservoir so we had to clean that out before we could use it. Over-all, it was the worst room we’ve ever stayed in and I can confidently say we will never stay there again and will certainly not recommend it.

Easy to get to, checkin easy. Parking was great. Dog friendly. At this price point few complaints. Def better than motel 6. Quiet but kind of a be on alert part of town.
