The room was big amd I liked that there was a couch and reclining chair to sit in. The sinks kept getting stopped up and the shower was either scolding hot or ice cold. The microwave didn't work so there was a big clunky one on the counter that took up all the space. There was nowhere to plug in the phones on the nightstands there was 1 plug on 1 nightstand and that was it we didnt wven have a phone in our room and the elevator was very slow.

Stayed one night. Room was clean. Hotel close to beaches & shopping. WiFi was good. No breakfast though even though it said free breakfast was provided.

The overall experience was awful. I informed the staff that the elevator was broken my first night. He did nothing but laugh. 3 days later the elevator is still broken. Staff is never available at the desk. Upon check out- elevator still out and I was told I had to go to the third floor to call the elevator to the fourth floor. I go down stairs with my children and leave our luggage at the fourth floor elevator door. We take it up to the fourth floor. Then we get stuck in the elevator and the door will not open or close all the way. I tell the lady when she comes in from her smoke break at the front of the hotel. She gives me a snarky “I’m sorry” then gives a dirty look when she thought I turned my back. The whole experience was awful. Rude and staff that didn’t want to help. Hotel smelt like mildew. Ac in the room was all rusted and the ac kept shutting off so the room would get to 78 at night. I tried multiple times communicating to the staff but they truly just don’t care. I have gone to Destin for years and this was my first stay wishing I had stayed home.

The bathroom needs some remodeling or maintenance, but it was clean; I think that the fact that there is no breakfast - although there is a full kitchen in every room - should be clear when booking. I thought there was a free breakfast, but it really was not a major problem. The rooms I stayed was, as I said, clean and very comfortable. The huge TVs were very nice. Location is nice too.

The one bedroom would be better if there was 1 1/2 bathrooms

The layout of the double queen suite was very nice. Staff was quick to respond to any questions. Free laundry available

The air condition did not work proper did not have a smart TV could not watch Netflix. Any other apps?

The location was perfect, about a mile from the outlets, The Linen was nasty. Myself and my spouse was so uncomfortable with sleeping on the linen we had to go out and buy linen just to get a good night rest, That was so unfair to us especially after paying nearly $300 for one night. This was very disappointing
