Seems like no staff at desk—very minimal towels in room—I might be wrong but hotel seems like it’s for people who need to stay for a while -like if they are moving—trying to find new job in new city—things like that

This hotel sucks, I would never EVER come here again, i recuested a non smoking Room and the room next tome the person smokes marihuana and my room is smelling like that too,asked the recepcionista downstqrins tonxhqbge my room but they refused

Clean room plenty of parking.

No wash cloths in the rooms. Only (2) bath towels to dry with despite being a (4) person room. Every floor smelled of Marijuana. The room smelled like cat urine. Location is convenient and right of the highway. I would stay again but only if the price is extremely competitive. Lot’s of sketchy individuals hanging around trying to ask for cigarettes or something else. I did not feel completely safe.

The room was nasty and smell like mold. The only reason I didn't leave was because I couldn't find anything last minute. You have to bring your own dirty towels and sheets to the laundry if you want new ones. Other than that, they don't so any time of room service 😒. I believe they use the rooms as shelters as well.

Unfortunately, our experience inside the hotel was disappointing. When we checked in, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade, the garbage bins were full, and there were leftovers in the refrigerator. We were then moved to a different room, but this one had a cockroach problem. We found and killed at least one cockroach every day during our stay. They were in the bathroom, inside the drawers, and on the floor. We also requested housekeeping service and were informed there would be an additional charge, which we agreed to pay. Despite making the request four separate times, no one came to clean the room until the day before we checked out. In addition, the room had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay, although we couldn't identify the source. On a positive note, we never experienced any issues with the elevators, air conditioning or hot water during our 12 day stay, and the front desk staff were consistently friendly, and courteous.

The elevator was broken and my room was on the fourth floor. I also didn’t appreciate the front desk agent instead of calling my room tried to enter my room at 1am in the morning without permission while I was sleeping!!!
