Fairway Inn and Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Can’t believe there was no dresser in the room.

Room and hallways were clean and appeared to have recently been renovated/upgraded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and popular with the guests. Needed more coffee to keep up with the crowd. While the property was generally clean, one minor note for the management, it was Saturday night/Sunday morning and a trash can near one of the entry doors was full and had other boxes, and trash piled up next to it. A quick walk around by staff would have seen it and it could have been emptied.

​We also loved the pool—it was huge and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! ​The only minor issue was that the shower water backed up a bit while running, though it did drain quickly as soon as the water was turned off. We really appreciated the staff's great service!

Bathroom had hair all inside tub sink and on floor when we arrived. Air conditioner didn't really cool the room just made it muggy. Beds were extremely uncomfortable didn't get much sleep at all. I asked about maybe get a recliner for my husband the night gentlemens answer was this place has been completely remodeled you get what you get. And coffee will be available sometime after 6:15. It was funny because when the golfers came coffee and a complete hot breakfast was out way before then. The girl working nights was super friendly. If I wouldn't have lost all my money we would have left after 1st night instead we left early

also the door didn't lock and had to place a chair. they should not promote that they do continental breakfast and just have cereal and bagels.

The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.

Pool and hot tub were big and clean. Room bathroom was very small and outdated, not super clean

The front office employees the night we arrived were outstanding. They made myself and my grandson feel so welcomed. They even joked and made my grandson laugh while chatting with him. They made a great first impression upon arrival! They both deserve a "you done good!" recognition! Everything was fine.

breakfast was just ok. I liked the updating and remodeling that has been done to the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful pool & hot tub. Bar & grill was great & beds were super comfy, was like sleeping on cloud! Thank you for an awesome experience.

The price was fair and rooms were clean Eggs were dried out sausage and bacon were dried and hard coffee was cold I have never been to hotel that didn't have coffee in main lobby in morning the ice machine was unusable on floor 2. I did call day before I arrived and talk to hotel we were coming in early unfortunately when we arrived the gentleman that did wait on me was not not very happy and I was told I was given the wrong information even tho I did offer to pay for the extra day. Never got clean towels

Place was great. clean and the people were nice.
