The location and the big room we always get for a family of 4. They only had 3 towels for 4 people. We would have to use one towel and return it to get a clean one for the 4th person to use. The 2 day we were there they ran out of toilet paper and gave us cleanex tissue to use as toilet paper so we had to go out and buy our own. The breakfast is taken care by the front desk because they did away with their cafeteria staff. People constantly had to go advise the front desk that some breakfast items had run out. The morning lady at the front desk needs training on dealing with people.

The property close proximity to lots of shopping areas and Restaurants. I didn’t like the parking lot was fairly small. The room actually smelled when we walked in had to buy air fresheners to help with the stench. The chair in the room was stained and old not a good sight to see as you walk into the hotel room.

The night manager was very helpful and friendly! Convenience to the national butterfly center. Price The key would not work and everytime I left the room I had to go get someone to get me back in. the night manager was very friendly and helpful and said the older rooms were harder to get open. The fridge in the room would not work. The porcelain in the bottom of the bath tub was almost completely gone so it was extremely slippery in the bathtub trying to take a shower. When I got locked out again in the morning it took me about 15 minutes to find the manager to help me get back in and he was not helpful!!

Location and friendly staff. A leak to the ceiling of the bathroom and they had to move me to another room. The mattresses were not comfortable and had a bad odor.

Breakfast Hotel is Old fashioned. The power went out at 430 am

Restroom was inconvenient. Shower location was very inconvenient and unusual. Major dislike. Also, its been a month and I haven't received my deposit back!!
