I made a mistake with the dates they were kind enough to refund the money so I could redo the reservation, it helped alot since I had surgery the next morning.

Leslie was so helpful. I requested a room with a working electric recliner, and she made it happen! My husband has Parkinson's, and finds the recliner very comforting!

Staff opened my door and turned on the light about an hour before checkout. No knock just entered!

WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS AND THE ROOM WASN'T CLEANED AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT

We got to check in and didn’t even stay. There were exposed electric wires in the lobby, some of the doors were rotting at the bottom. The lobby floor was very dirty and the ceiling in the lobby was sagging and stained from water. I would never stay at this motel. The front desk lady was also very rude to the couple checking in before us. We just walked out!

Air was off in the room when I arrived with a heat index of 100+F. It took 2 hours to get the temperature down enough to sleep. The ac unit was loud and very dirty and ran non-stop all night. Very old everything. No elevator. Stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long.

Didn't have enough towels. Room was clean but worn furniture.

The sink was slow to drain, the bathtub has rust spots and the toilet makes a rumbling sound when you flush it.

Average hotel. Good for a place to stay while traveling. Nice, comfortable beds. Good coffee choices.

Over all service was GOOD, the breakfast was very poor. Biscuits and gravy was the only thing that was set out.

Whole hotel smelled, the staff was arrogant and rude. Forced me to pay 4x rate for an extra night due to “graduation” that was booked but they cancelled, after giving my booked room away on night one, and with held my belongings unless I agreed to pay the amount
