staff was nice just toilet, microwave, and phone all did not work.. .Hopefully next time it will be better :)

Dead cockroaches in the room and hair on the pillows. Coffee machine didn't work. Only highlights are the staff and the fact that the train noise was muted. Would not recommend or return.

Clean room and staff

For the price its very good. Kitchen in the room is great feature. There was not enough towels and toiletries. Bed was nice and clean.

Nobody was in the office and door was closed, waited a while til someone came to check us in. Restroom had a whole in ceiling and the restroom was dim and looked dirty. Beds were not comfortable at all very lumpy and woke up with back pain. Also not tv remote, had to change the channel by pressing on TV button.

Solid hotel. Cook top and good sized refrigerator. Friendly staff. Good deal. Loud- Trains

No one attending the desk or able to check me in at 9:30-10:20pm

Asked for low floor on booking and no smoking, got upstairs and smoking

Had a horrible smell (cigarettes and wet dog?) that we could not get rid of no matter how hard we tried. Weird stains and cracks everywhere. No sleep at all due to a combination of the light glaring through the entire room and a train across the street that blares loudly ever single hour throughout the night. The appliances and TV worked (although there was no remote) so I guess it deserves 1.5 stars.

Good location, attendant is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ample parking, great room with kitchenette. It's directly across from busy train tracks, noisy on some nights. Shower handle busted, can't get right water temp.

David at the front desk was very helpful. The room was adequate and functional. Property is not very well maintained, but is fine for the cost. Did see a few cockroaches running around.

This hotel was clean and bug free. They put time into cleaning these rooms and it shows. I didn't care about the dingy linen because I know they were clean. They even have plastic on the mattress and I thought that was great because you know for sure you are not sleeping on filth. Staying at this place is worth it. The train comes through frequently but that didn't bother me either. I was just happy to have a clean roach free room. I don't have anything negative to say!

Bath light worked once.

The room was clean and free from outside noise. The pool was working. There were an issue with one of the lights not working.

They can change the linen more

It was difficult to adjust heat since there are not markings on the dial. Cockroachs in the room. People talking outside my room until 4am.

When my husband got there they gave him a hard time. He was checking in,not me and I let them know. Also he paid for it not me. Very uncomfortable situation

Room smelled like cigarettes so I moved to another room and it also smelled like cigarettes
