Overall it was just okay. The cleaning isn’t the greatest, found some hairs on the counter and tub. The beds were not good, dipped in the middle. The sheets were old and hot as well as the comforter, which smelled like perspiration. I was there mainly because my AC broke at home. The AC was great but had a terrible nights stay.

Property was great from the outside. But the bedroom and bathroom weren't clean at all. They had small insects coming out of the sink and it was very troublesome

More of an extended stay place. In-room coffee not available, no breakfast onsite other than a coffee machine (free). Microwave, cooktop and fridge were clean, although no plates or silverware or cutlery or even utensils. Didn’t have the need, so, did not check with the front desk.

Kitchen had no pots, pans or utensils. Room smelled like cigarettes.

The room we stayed in smelled like fish, It was sprayed by an employee but it didn’t work.. No breakfast.
-
super clean and very nice can’t complain!

The room felt poorly equipped, and the overall experience was far below expectations. For the price paid, the lack of even the most basic conveniences was frustrating. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.

Staff unhelpful and uncaring. Ants in the room. No kitchen utensils. No room service over 3 days. Location not ideal.

Our room was clean. The hotel smells. The hallways and room have very strong food smells. Obviously people are living there full time and cooking strong smelling foods. Our bathroom also smelled like an ashtray. When we complained, they sprayed a deodorizer, but it quickly faded.

The staff was kind and greeted me each time I came in and left the building. My stay was 4 days and 3 nights. The first morning, I informed them of a very slow draining sink. When I returned later that day the sink was finally drained but the clog remained. After using the sink that night, it never drained. I informed staff four times. It was never resolved. I also found sugar ants on the kitchen counter.

Dirty

Inside the hallway there was wired smell through out my stay but luckily nothing inside the room. I saw filthy stuff on the parking lot. I would stay away for family stay.

Really nice staff, newly updated. No weird smells.

It has changed a lot since the build several years ago I thought they used to offer complimentary use of cooking equipment. The coffee which was available was not working properly the regular coffee was like pouring water and only the decaf worked. Found a magnum wrapper behind the the chair along with what felt as though someone had accessed the room while I stepped out. Overall the site has changed and I'm not sure why. It has dropped from the list of places locally I would return Much has changed and I think the newness and perhaps the management of it has changed not sure in any event I felt the bed was very uncomfortable more so for some reason and it seemed to have lost that brand newness you should use to feel when arriving. Not sure I would visit anytime soon.
