Upon booking my stay on Expedia for three nights at the Hampton Inn the picture showed several vending machines available for snacks and beverages. When I arrived at the hotel there are no vending machines. Just two shelves with a couple of bags of chips and on the bottom refrigerated sodas and juices. A 20 oz Coke was priced at $4. Disappointed that it was misleading. Overall decent place to stay in Monroe North Carolina.

Rooms not very well insulated. Kept awake by neighbors blasting music and thumping around past midnight. Staff responsive, but still annoying….

I never write hotel reviews but this is truly a 5 star hotel. Comfortable beds, beautiful facility. Breakfast was wonderful I had 2 egg and cheese omelettes. Incredible area of North Carolina. Wish I could move there. Great hotel staff, go the extra mile. I forgot my cellphone charger and they tracked one down for me and let me keep it.

Location was excellent. Brrakfast was great. It was keept stocked and clean. Hwy 74 was a half block away. Could have been quieter.

gave them a room that I was supposed to be checked in. When the staff got to me, she said if I knew you was waiting to check in the room I would’ve never gave her your room. I had booked a king size bed a suite She changed me from that into a small room with a king size bedso I really didn’t appreciate that.

There wasn't one bad thing that I can say about this hotel in Charlotte.It was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I've traveled all around the world.It was clean.The staff were good.The breakfast was amazing and the beds were so comfy.I would stay there time and time again
