Room had no tv no cover no towels door lock was broke holes in bathroom door and wall had holes the headboard was on the floor not attached to anything not even the bed

Booked a room for 2 days, drove 800 mi to get there, and then upon arrival was told there were no rooms available. While sitting in the parking lot to speak to Expedia, I was approached by some fairly unsavory people coming out of the motel. There is just nothing good to say here. Bad! Avoid!

This is not a safe location for a solo traveler, especially a woman. They have a no visitor policy, the hotel is not well maintained and the area was a little scary. I forfeited my room fees and bunked with a friend. They have a no refund policy, but I refused to stay here. I was not expecting a royal suite but I was expecting safety and security.

The breakfast was good. And location was great. The rooms was not very clean. And they get noisy at night.

We arrived and they had given our room to someone else. They told us sorry that isn't our problem and that was it. It was midnight and we ended up having to walk to another hotel down the street as no taxi was available. 0/10

I have no complaints about the staff. w i think whatsoever, they just have nothing there to work with. They were very friendly, however, I can't believe Montgomery County even lets this place operate a business with all of the code violations that is going on there. I feel like Expedia. Should refund my money as well as anybody else's money that has stayed at this establishment. That's how bad it is. My room didn't even have a shower curtain and the bed was 2 box Springs on the floor with a mattress on it, as I stated before. I have no problems with the staff, but everything else was pretty bad.

Nothing The first room that they offered me they would have had to have let me in because the key machine did not work. I had a room with no TV the room was absolutely disgusting I immediately went downstairs and ask for a roll of toilet paper as there was none he then told me that I would have to walk to family Dollar to buy some because the motel did not have any there were so many more things but I will stop there

Property is not as advertised. Some fake pictures. Hopefully, they are more honest with their longer term guests. Avoid - it is better to pay more.
