Wind Creek overall is a very nice environment. They can upgrade their staff or train them on being more professional. Overall the experience I rate it 5/10

The experience of staying at Windcreek was awesome

The grounds are so pretty driving in. Staff were friendly and courteous. I stayed in two different rooms because I had two separate reservations. The room with two queens was actually better updated with more outlets and USB ports. There was more noise there but not distracting. The food at BB King’s was good, just a little pricier than I would have liked. The BBQ Chicken and Ribs was so good. The catfish, collards and okra were tasty too. But the cole slaw, not at all. And the chicken salad at Lucille’s is very sweet, fyi. Overall a good stay.

I’ve stayed at the casino property in Atmore and while this one is smaller everything is as clean and comfortable. The property is well manicured and maintained and staff are courteous and efficient.

I tried several times to make an appointment at the spa and the mailbox was full. Couldn't make an appointment the entire stay.

The room was great except it was hot and humid. The temperature stayed at about 72 regardless of thermostat settings which was too hot to sleep. My mattress was lower on one side than the other. Sounds weird but probably needs to h replaced.

Overall experience was excellent. Portions on room service breakfast were great!

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the steak house. The food, service and entertainment were superb.

The room was very clean and comfortable! Every single staff we came in contact with, from the security at the door, the front desk staff, staff we passed in the hall, room service…they all were very friendly and professional. The bed was very clean and comfortable along with every inch of the bathroom (which is a rarity in some hotels we’ve stayed at). I highly recommend this hotel and if they’re located in other states we travel to, we’ll definitely stay at Wind Creek!

Everyone there is so polite and respectful. The staff is so positive and helpful.

hotel was well maintained and rooms were clean. my only complaint was the paper thin walls. you could hear EVERYTHING in close proximity.
