Location is perfect for amusement park , riding horses and going to Purdue for sporting events.Absolutely love all the staff and will be back here again and again.This was from our trip #4 down here and we are currently here as I write this review. No complaints

This location has great potential but needs some tlc. The attached fitness center is HUGE but a lot of the treadmills didn't work. The pool and hot tub were under renovation, which could be a good sign.

The condition of the room was also disappointing. The TV stand/dresser had wood visibly chipping and peeling off, as shown in the photo. There was also a stained pillowcase, which was especially concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. The lamp had visible staining, and the bathtub had noticeable discoloration and buildup. These weren’t just minor cosmetic issues—the room gave the impression that housekeeping and maintenance were not being handled as carefully as they should be. I understand that hotels experience normal wear and tear, and I don’t expect everything to be brand new. However, I do expect a room to be clean, properly maintained, and free of stained linens, and I expect to be informed in advance when an advertised amenity such as the pool is unavailable. I hope management addresses the maintenance and housekeeping concerns and improves communication with guests when amenities are unavailable. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would think twice before booking this property again.

Cold gravy on counter, old scrambled eggs mixed with fresh. No thank you. The hotel is decent enough, but could be cleaner. Lots of parking.

My first night there when the lights were turned off my niece saw a bug crawling on the wall, my husband killed the bug and found out it was a roach. I informed the front desk the next morning and they told me the problem would be taken care of. My family left for the day and we came back to a clean room. The next morning we were about to leave and my husband found 4 more live roaches in the counter with the refrigerator. I informed the front desk and they said that they had not had any complaints before about the problem.

Having stayed at this property in the past I was looking forward to staying here again. Sadly I was very disappointed on many levels. The room cleanliness was well below acceptable levels. I entered the room to find a balled up food wrapper by the dresser. The floor was not vacuumed completely and the carpet was ripped in several places. The sheets were stained in places and hair from previous guests were on the pillows. The WiFi was hit or miss and I relied on my cell service.

They reactivated my cards so I was able to get in my room. The telephone indicated I had messages, but regardless of how I tried to retrieve those messages I was unable to. I went downstairs to the front desk and told them I would want a itemized bill when I checked out. And that I wanted my messages that were stored on their system. I spent three to four hours off and on talking to the front desk and trying to get the telephone to work. The morning that we checked out, the front desk had the maintenance man come to my room to see if he could fix the phone. There was no way it was going to be fixed. The phones are from the 1970s. Regardless, the maintenance man was not able to recall my messages. So now I have messages on their systems and no way to delete them.

The staff and breakfast were nice. The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. The rooms are not in good shape. The sheets and linens were wrinkled. The shower curtain needed cleaning.

The property needs some updating and sprucing up. Some basic painting and caulking in the bathrooms. The fitness facility is awesome and huge! Breakfast was more than adequate and the area very clean. Rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
