We had issues with ants in the restroom for the first 2 nights. I initially thought it was just one or two ants but by the second night, the restroom was crawling with them. I notified the front desk the following morning and they immediately moved us to another room. Very satisfied with how they handled the situation.

I was surprised that our room was not cleaned. I was told that the front desk clerk should’ve told me but she failed to do so.

The Fairfield staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast included a good variety, the food was hot, fresh, and well-kept. The coffee was good and refilled often. Our room was on the first floor and was quiet. We recommend this hotel.
