Amazing place! We enjoyed our stay!

WiFi was slow and no tv in the room

Beautiful location, spectacular lodge area. Main dining room, the Mural Room had great food and excellent service. Nice room, with a comfortable bed and door to an outside patio with chairs. The Wi-Fi in our room was terrible, couldnt connect. We told the staff the first day, they said they would fix it, but the second day was just as bad.

Cabins were overpriced but otherwise clean - food was excellent

Room was clean and quiet. Our Mural Room dinners were excellent. The view of the Tetons was beautiful.

We have stayed many times over the years. A fantastic location. Food services have been mediocre but this year were excellent.

Our stay of 3 nights was wonderful and if we come back we’ll stay there again. The cabins were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the Tetons while enjoying a coffee or glass of wine servers and desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs a major update. It could use more terraced seating out back. The rooms were dark and depressing motel rooms from the 60s with no view. It’s sadly NPS resting on a monopoly position and filling up with tour bus crowds.

Food in the diner great. The view is awesome

Food in Mural restaurant was great. The lobby coffee bar was great. The views were awesome. Parking was convenient. Could use more outdoor seating in the back. The Bistro restaurant took up all of the space.

I stayed here 13 yrs ago and loved it which is why I wanted to go back. So disappointed. I didn’t realize the cottages were different from what we stayed in before. These are 80 yrs old and nothing has been updated. Very musty smelling which is difficult for someone with asthma. We tried to change our room. They let us try another similar cottage that was less musty. We tried prying the windows open to air out and turned fans on. First thing I noticed was spider crawling across comforter, from windows we opened. Bathrooms were in need of recaulking(moldy). The front desk did give us 4 complimentary breakfasts( there were 4 of us). Was not excited about the pioneer room-chicken salad wrap was terrible. Windows in lobby overlooking valley were filthy. So disappointed with this hotel.

Expect historic property. Small rooms but very comfortable! Beds were excellent! Everything you need for a great stay. We were in a cabin with a wooded view in the back. Steps away from a fabulous view of the Tetons! The Mural restaurant is terrific! The views are breathtaking in the lodge. Staff is great! I have had breakfast, dinner and lunch there. All were excellent. I love being out of the congestion of Jackson. In the fall, elk bugled until bedtime. We will repeat our visit! Highly recommend!!!

I stayed in one of the cabins and it was comfortable . The only thing that I would mention was low water pressure to shower . However the main lodge and view and wild life made up for that . I would stay there again for those views
