Jackson Lake Lodge

The place has a beautiful location in the heart of grand Teton. The views out back will leave you breathless. The staff is courteous but no one is going out of their way to make your stay great (as they would in a commercial property). The rooms are basic but have everything you need including comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. There is a sense of slight disrepair like wobly knobs and broken toilet seats. For the price you pay, you expect better. The food options are plentiful but none of them offer great food. It’s all just good enough. We even tried the mural room and that had ok food. Location is convenient, coffee cart is great. Compared to the other places in grand Teton, this is still probably the best place to stay in terms of what you get and what you pay for. The other places didn’t look much better.

Our stay in cabins was in August. We were concerned about the heat should we need to come back to the cabin midday. However, the fans worked well and we were comfortable at night and during the day. The staff was very helpful and check-in was a breeze. The grab and go breakfast helped when we needed to get going early. Sitting on the porch in the quiet mornings with a fresh brewed cup of their coffee, watching birds, squirrels and small ground hogs was a treat. Would stay again.

We ate at a delicious lunch at the Mural Room and frequented the Pioneer Grill, which was a great affordable takeout option for meals. The rooms and beds were comfortable; I was slightly concerned that there was no AC but even on one of the hottest days with the ceiling fan and curtains drawn we were cool and comfortable.

One of the nicest National Park lodges I've stayed in! High-quality food & drink options (coffee bar, lounge and fine dining). It was a treat each morning to enjoy coffee outside on the patio of the main lodge & enjoy majestic views of the Tetons!

Great spot to use as base camp to explore the Tetons.

Room was ready when we arrived, clean and well kept. The fan in the room is a nice touch with the recent hot temps. We ate at the Mural room and drinks in the Blue Heron where we saw elk and moose at dusk. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful place

Location was great. We stayed in one of the cottages. The room was musty. Beds were average comfort. No air conditioning which was tough in the heat, ceiling fan did not work well and windows were tough to open. Rooms are a little dated. Front Desk and concierge staff were wonderful. Food was average, nothing special but nice to have choices on the property. Pool was nice but crowded as expected. Coffee in the morning was delicious but the line was crazy. Not sure why they wouldn't have more than one line. Would think twice before staying again.

Breakfast was good and room was clean and nice. Customer service was amazing.

Great facility with lot of options for food and drinks. Rooms were nice with all essential things. Staff was courteous. Overall a great experience.

Nicely centered location. Hope that in the future they start offering Halal food options.
