We got coffee n breakfast roll at coffee cart. Loved the views from there. Did not appreciate climbing outside stairs in the dark at 10:30pm(at 79yrs old). Was not inspired by mouse trap in room. Understand it’s in the woods, but nervous about night visitors. No TV in room. Dated rooms. Might have felt different if had view of mountains in morning.

Wonderful place to stay. The views are breathtaking and food at the restaurants are amazing. Every staff person we encountered are very courteous and and take pride on their work at this place. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was right there and excellent

We had a nice stay at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The mountain view from the main building was phenominal. The food was great, and the stuff was very helpful. Looking forward to our next trip there.

The rooms were led but very clean and well kept. We stayed in a cabin near the lodge, none are far. The staff were all very friendly and registration was a breeze. It’s about 45 min. from the town of Jackson. The lodge has a great view and worth checking out.

I find the rooms lacking . Need updating . The entrance to the cottage was not maintained in a tidy manicured way. The lobby is the main attraction and the diner is very accommodating with fresh food .

This location is amazing! Inside the park and easy to get around to the other attractions at the park! Both the Pioneer Grill and Mural room were both very good restaurants with tons of options! Rainbow trout in the mural room was the best meal I had all trip! My son loved playing in the heated pool and at the playground! Rooms are very nice and comfortable! The views from the grand room of the Tetons are amazing! Highly recommend staying here at Jackson Lake Lodge!

Location, location, location. Jackson Lake Lodge, like all of the National Park Services Lodges, excell mostly by being in the best locations in the U.S. The accomodations are relatively modest, but clean. The staff here was always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assure our satisfaction at every turn. When visiting any National Park we always stay at the associated Park Lodge.

Beautiful hotel, we’ve stayed here before in the main lodge. This time we stayed in one of the cottages. Was very nice. We would’ve liked it even more if they had a little porch in front or a picnic table nearby. (But I guess they want you to use their limited restaurant options in the main lodge.)
