The shower is sooo small. I've been in larger showers in an RV. No joke. Needs updating, but as expected for National park service lodging.

Everything is impressive, esp. the breathtaking view. Well equipped with great location. Be sure to make hotel restaurant reservations in advance, it seems to be always full.

Wonderful view at the lobby overseeing the mountains. We were staying at the lodge outside of the main building, there was no views, which was a shame. If you plan to visit Grand Teton, make sure to book it early to secure the Mountain View rooms. It surely has the best view around the area.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

I'm not one to give bad reviews but I felt I needed to write this one. I have to say we were terribly disappointed in our stay at the Jackson Lodge. The lodge itself was beautiful and maybe if we had had a room there it would have been different. But we stayed in one of the "cottage rooms" and for the money it was not what we expected. For over $500/night you would expect more. There wasn't a TV which isn't that big of a thing, but again for the money it would have been nice. There also wasn't any air conditioning and I guess this summer was unusually hot so historically it's not needed. They did have a ceiling fan which helped and they can't control the weather so I'm not that upset about there not being air conditioned. But what was the worst is that the bathtub drain was stopped up and didn't drain. You had to stand in yucky bath water while you showered. It was rather disgusting. Maybe if the price wasn't so steep I could overlook all of these things. But for a lodge as nice as this one and for the price they charge, they should offer more amenities and make sure the rooms are maintained.

Great location and beautiful lodge. Cabins are comfortable. Many options for food and activities. Great wildlife and sunset viewing from the lodge patio.

The views of the Grand Tetons are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the Blue Herron Lounge for outdoor drinks, first class dining and mountain views in The Mural Room [our server Emma was amazing], and breakfast at the Pioneer Grill! Highly recommend all, even the coffee cart was great! All the staff seemed to love their jobs and were so helpful [Thanks Jenna for a very easy check in]. We stayed in one of the cottages and loved the outdoor patio, comfortable beds, clean room, and close access to everything. The activity concierge was extremely helpful with day hikes and other expeditions. Hope to be back again soon!

We requested a room with handicap accessible amenities thru Expedia. My husband is quite disabled and needed a step -in shower and other handicap amenities. I called two days before, to confirm the reservation I had made weeks before. When we checked in, they did not have a room in the Lodge and were assigned a "cottage". So we had to go outside and walk to the Lodge for all meals and services. My husband needs a walker or mobility scooter to get around. We had to get to the Lodge even during rain. Very expensive, and very disappointed!

Great views, clean, room was a little warm I’m not sure if I was unable to find the AC or the room just didn’t have it. Food on premises was great, only downside is if you want Jackson town bars and nightlife. It’s a 35-40 min drive. Would stay here again
