The person who checked us in was very helpful as we got there early they went ahead and let us check in Breakfast was good

Traveled there for the fourth of July holiday--i know it was a holiday weekend but would not expect that the bar/restaurant to be closed inside the hotel--ive worked in the business so i know what it is like to work on a holiday= it sucks = but when you dealing with a well booked hotel you would think that they would have something available---also the pool and hot tub were closed until further notice-the reason give to us was that there was an "incident" the day before we arrived---so a holiday weekend with no bar no restaurant and no pool--- the only thing that the hotel had to offer was cornhole---at least there was a casino located a few minutes away with entertainment and food and drink

We had a great stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The entire facility was spotless and felt comfortable throughout our visit. Even though our room was the first one by the entrance, it was surprisingly quiet, and we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We would definitely stay here again. If a simple free breakfast is included, it would be great!

they charged for the breakfast and when we looked at it we were turned off and didn't eat there. The dinner the night before at the pub was good enough. The oatmeal was extremely watery and the eggs didn't look appetizing. we didn't eat there.

For the price of the room, you could include breakfast ,instead of having to pay $14 per person each day for breakfast

I like the convenience to the property. The staff has always been extremely friendly. The bathtub in the room I was in really needs to be replaced. The bottom of the tub is gray and there’s chips all over it.

Place was eh. A/C in the room was crazy loud and could barely being room to temp.

The pool is in the lobby, rather than a separate pool room.

The room was only needed for one night, but was very clean. A little cold, but easily remedied. Nice bar and restaurant.

Room could have been cleaner. Found hair of previous guests in my room (sheets of bed, toilet, and shower).

I immediately reported these issues to the front desk. The staff apologized, but they told me there was nothing they could do because I had booked through Expedia. I found this response unacceptable. Regardless of how a reservation is made, guests should receive a clean room and proper customer service. I expected a much better experience for the price I paid. Cleanliness and guest satisfaction should be a priority for every hotel. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic expectations, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Hotel was very nice! You walk in to a very open space with friendly staff. The pool and hot tub are on the main floor along with a restaurant/bar area. Our room was very spacious(2 queen beds premium) and clean. There were also several places to eat around the area and a Walmart within 10 minutes. We were very happy with our stay.

The property is clean. I did not use any ammentities. The room was really clen and appeared to be newly updated. The only issue is the shower draing really really slow. Within 1 minute i was ankle deep in water while i was showering.

Nice pool. Bug in our room. Room was loud. Didn't like the window was on ground floor with people walking right past. Didn't like the lobby was part of the pool takes away from relaxing atmosphere. Also didn't like bar closed on Sunday. Also didn't like the website said breakfast included then ask me to include it as a add on and I did them also charged me when I was there in person.bed also not comfy
