Quality Inn Morgantown

I had to ask for a new comforter because it was dirty and then did not even sleep in the sheets, because there was black hair all in them.

This property seems to be a work in progress. The staff is wonderfully nice and accommodating to your every need. Pool area and other common areas were clean (some areas dated) breakfast was what you would expect neither bad nor extremely great but good and enough choices. Housekeeping extremely lax - we were told they only clean every other day but in 5 days they came once. Front desk was very quick to provide clean towels upon asking.

Bed was comfortable. The tile floor had dirt on it. Ice machine one didn’t work and the other was out of ice.

Staff was good, entrance we was told to use at end of building was a mess, people were grilling and just hanging out not actual guests of hotel. Saw some dead roaches on the hallway floor, fortunately not in room. Very dated hotel with some upgrades, people above us on second floor stomped around most of the night. Best part was easy on and off of I 68. Just one night

Loved my stay at this motel. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, so helpful and friendly. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Sits up high with wonderful mountain scenery.

Hay toallas para la piscina, lo cual es de agradecer, aunque nosotras teníamos las nuestras. El desayuno bien. Un poco de todo. El recepcionista que nos hizo el check-in muy agradable. En resumen, todo bien a pesar de los obreros que iban y venían. He de decir que eran bastante silenciosos.

The pool and the fitness center the best part of my stay. I really wish I'd known this hotel was under renovations before I booked. Power tools being used ladder blocking the entrance. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room and the breakfast was sad. The room had a clearly moldy shower and a piss stained comforter. I notified the front desk the morning after arriving and was given a clean comforter immediately, but I was was not provided any information on how the shower situation would be handled. I waited thinking someone would maybe come clean it, or I would get in another room. I did not use the shower for 2 days. I had to stop the housekeeper in the hall the next day and ask for it to be cleaned. This angel scrubbed the shower and apologized for no one taking care of yesterday as this was a clear health hazard.

Nice front desk staff. Accommodated a room change when I pointed out how dirty the original room was. Very dirty room, honestly filthy. Floors haven’t been mopped or swept in a long time. I accidentally sprinkled water on the floor and wiped it up and the cloth was filthy brown. Bed comforter was very stained and sheets had hairs. Room smelled bad and musty. Asked to switch to cleaner room and that was a lot better but still not great.

The room was clean the staff was very helpful when booking they booked me in a room that was pet friendly but i had no pet but the front desk lady helped me n put me in a clean room that wasnt pet friend witch was very friendly n kind of her i thanked her very much and it made my stay very nice the restaurant beside the place looked nice but the food wasnt that good and there staff was rude to me the breakfast at hotel was kinda small but very good and that staff was very nice. i thought it was a good hotel over all they are doing some remodeling the only bad thing i would say is that parking lot is a little rough.

It was one of the worst inn I have ever booked. I didn't even stay there... this hotel should not be rated over a 1 not a 7.6 rating...

It was a room to sleep in with no fanfare and the breakfast was average. It is connected to a restaurant that is worth visiting though.

This is our second stay and we will be staying every year we make the trip down to WV. The rooms are clean and they are doing updates. Which look amazing. All the staff have been wonderful. The hot breakfast is so good even my 14 and 16 year olds get out of bed for it.

The location was very convenient. The room was very well cleaned Nothing really....just limited parking due to construction trailers but its needed.for them so understandable.
