The room was very large with sparse furniture and needed lamps for extra lighting. It felt unfinished but clean. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The room was okay. We booked a suite but didn't get one even though we paid for it. Room had very dirty carpet and floors but staff was nice.

The hotel and staff were very good. The hotel rooms are not soundproof. If you are on the interstate side and are a light sleeper, you may be awake all night. You can also hear your neighbors coughing, hairdryer, etc. The Tropics restaurant next door was good.

Friendly staff. I really needed to do laundry at 7am before my son’s lacrosse game. One of their staff dug through her purse and found some for me! I am so appreciative!

We loved it! Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast and friendly, knowledgable staff.

Breakfast buffet is $5 and is very small. Coffee is horrible. Found a $100 fee was charged at checkout without notice. Tried to get in touch with the hotel to question it but they only use AI and I was cut off every time before being able to speak to someone.

Very nice rooms and great value for stay in Cheat Lake area. We've stayed there twice and will stay again when in area.

Room was clean. Staff were very nice and breakfast was great. Prices for rooms is a good value for area. Restaurant next door was very handy to walk across the parking lot to and food wonderful.

in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect
