There is a purple hair stuff person that gave my dad attitude at check in and me and my bf dirty looks during the stay I did not feel comfortable leaving my room or going to my room in the lobby.

I recently stayed at this Super 8 location, and unfortunately, the room was not in a rentable condition due to severe odor issues. Strong Moldy Smell: As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a heavy, unmistakable moldy and musty odor. It was strong enough to make the stay highly uncomfortable and raised immediate concerns about the air quality in the room. Stale, Damp Air: The air felt incredibly stagnant and damp, as if the room had trapped moisture over a long period without any proper ventilation or deep cleaning. Poor Upkeep: A budget hotel should still guarantee a clean, breathable space. Expecting guests to sleep in a room that smells heavily of mold is a basic failure of maintenance and hospitality. I cannot recommend this location until management thoroughly cleans the ventilation systems and addresses the source of the dampness.

Our room that we were put in smelled musty & moldy. Staff put us in another room #204. That also smelt musty & moldy. Also had a smell of cigarette smoking. I took the filter out of the air conditioner. It was solid black. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I washed it real well & put it back. There was also visible mold on the vents of the air conditioner. I took the paper towel I used to dry the fulter which was black to the front desk. Washing it didn't do much good. It needs a whole new filter before people start getting sick. She apologized & said she would have maintenance know. That is not a maintenance job. That is the house keepers job to make sure the filter & vents are cleaned or it least it was years ago when I did house keeping. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom & the existing roll had just a little left. I had to buy room freshener & fabric spray just to be able to stay in the room. Someone needs to do a check of the rooms once house keeping is finish with them. You also need to go back to a full breakfast. Covid has been gone for a few years. No excuse why y'all can't go back to the way it was. Also get the pool fixed. You would attract a lot more people to your hotel. I have been staying with y'all for over 8 yrs. We come to visit with my mother at least 2-3 times a year & we stay with y'all. The hotel has gotten worse over the last couple of years. The reason the rooms smell is because the filters & vents arent being properly cleaned like they are suppose to. Mold will make people sick!

When we checked in the lady working the front was rude. No greeting. No smile. Like she was mad that she had to be there. My husband went down to ask a question and she was just as rude then as when we checked in. When we checked out there was a different lady! She was alot nicer and husband said she was nice.

Close to where I was going The front desk girl with purple hair was really rude to me, I came down one morning with my dirty towels, and I was told I could not get anymore until they wash them, I came back later that and it was the girl with the purple hair that I talked to that afternoon to go pick up my Towels I told her I brought dirty towels this morning. I’m in room 220 she said and what is your question with an attitude? I told her I needed clean towels. I disturbed her while she was watching a movie while folding laundry the next day I received a call in my room I needed to move my vehicle that I was blocking three car spots and the dumpster. I came downstairs with my partner, and I talked to a different person at the front desk while the girl with the purple hair was behind her arguing with me saying yes, you are parked at three spots and I told her no ma’am I am not. I asked her if they wanted to go look at it. I told her I understand a dumpster we were barely in the way of the door opening, but it was at 6:45 at night. We knew they weren’t gonna be coming to pick up the trash and we were leaving early that morning again I told her I said we will move but we were not covering up three spots. She said yes you were. I said no I was not. She argued and argued in the other lady finally was trying to take control of the situation because she had an attitude the whole time with me I went outside. We moved our vehicle to the other side of the hotel, but we did explain to her we had $40,000 worth of merchandise on that trailer and we wanted it close to the hotel. The gentleman that checked me in told us we could park on that side of the building I get it we were in front of the trash a little ways, but not enough for the door on one side could open.

Rooms were clean. We got in late and too tired to notice the appearance of the property. Only issue we had was the AC unit. Di not seam to be that cold and that says something coming from a person who is always cold. We could have asked for another room but, we were exhausted and just made due.

    Good place to stay.

However, if you can't get the first floor and are 80 like us, you will not want to stay here. My wife had much trouble climbing the stairs to reach our room. I had some problems because the stairs felt instable. It felt like I might fall backward down them.

This is a standard Super 8 motel, with a 24-hour Waffle House in a nearby parking lot and the interstate nearby. The room did not disappoint nor exceed my expectations. It was decently clean and adequate for my stay. Overall I would not hesitate to stay at this location if you are spending the night while passing through the area. It is in a convenient spot. The air conditioning unit in the room is pretty noisy while it's running but I wore ear plugs. There's nothing worse about this unit than similar under-window units in other hotels, but this isn't an upscale hotel with central HVAC. There was nothing significant to dislike overall.

When you go to the front desk their seating is so low you think no one is there. It wasnt a good experience.
