Comfort Inn Morris I-80

Run down, could use updates. Considering building conditions was clean. Beds very comfortable.

The property is tired, trash receptacles inside and outside the property were overflowing the bathroom is so small that the door hit the toilet. I recommend another property over this one

We've stayed in this hotel this time of year for 2 nights every year for the past 8 or so. The condition of the hotel is slowly diving, shall we say. Despite being fairly big (maybe 80 rooms on 2 floors) they seem to always have only one person on staff to handle whatever is going on. Our first room Friday night had clearly been smoked in and LOUD music was blasting through the adjacent wall. Fortunately we were able to change to a room that smelled good and was quiet. The front desk clerk rolled her eyes when I mentioned the room smelled like smoke, as if it was an all too common experience. If you like soft (like squishy) beds, this is the place for you. Fortunately there is an elevator for those on floor two - but it is located on the exact opposite end of the building from check in. Breakfast is basic, but they had Raisin Bran (plus Cheerios and corn flakes) so I was ok. We're rethinking whether we stay there again next year.

made the reservation from Expedia and when we showed up at 8:00 in the morning the clerk said that they had no rooms because there was none of them clean and did not have someone to clean the rooms so didn't know when they were going to have a room available. then when I had to go find another hotel room they charge my card that night for the two night stay I'm livid and I will never go back to the establishment ever again

The room needs some improvements. The carpeting is pulled up in some places and the room smelled horribly.

Room door did not fit hard to close. Hot tub drained not working. Breakfast area very small coffee hot water like warm.

The room was clean, but everything is in dire need of improvement. The pool was closed for repair. The breakfast was mainly grab and go except for a waffle maker.

We got a room w 2 queen beds and me n my husband and my kids were there my kids ended up w bed bugs and the hot tub was closed off beyond irritated paid so much for no hot tub and bed bugs in bed kids got it all over her legs it discussing!!! Oh breakfast was short got down 930 they already had it cleaned up!

The pool was empty. But other than that it was okay.

Stayed for one night. Clean comfortable. Friendly staff. Didn't really matter to us but pool and hot tub not working. Older motel being refreshed.

It was a wonderful experience.

Good did what I needed it to do

After traveling most of the day to the hotel, the kids were looking for to swimming. That did not happen as the pool was having maintenance done to it…for last 7 months. When asked why it was not posted on the website, we were told that Hotels.com doesn’t do that. Had we known that, we would not have stayed. The bathroom sink faucet leaked bad. Complained about it and they fixed it. The tub faucet dripped constantly, that was not fixed. The toilet bowl shifted from side to side, felt like it would just slide off its base. Complained about that, staff called maintenance and they told her what to do to fix it. I told her what wrench she would need and attempted to do it myself, unsuccessfully. We were not able to be moved due to no rooms being available. This is one hotel I will never stay at ever again! Nothing was said about our inconveniences. There is nothing good to say about our visit to this hotel. Very dissatisfied

The place was okay. Pool and hot tub was closed due to maintenance issues. One of the reasons we chose this hotel. Continental breakfast was below average. Basics ONLY. However, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

Great cooling, fan noisey

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub and swimming pool were not operational. The breakfast offerings lacked healthy options.
