On the good side, the floors were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked well and the suite was large enough to be comfortable.

A day after I 300$ smoking fee when I didn’t smoke in or by the property so that’s weird. No physical evidence presented. Seems really scam oriented.

What a great hotel! Staff is excellent and friendly. The room is huge and nicely arranged, super comfortable bed and modern. Great price too.

Nice staff, comfortable rooms. Love having a kitchen and decent size bathroom and nice size bath tub for a bubble bath

Wonderful staff and location

I’d stay there again. Friendly staff and clean room. AC was the best thing about the room as it actually worked and kept the room nice and cold.

Great location been here couple times. Very clean and organized. They take a $150 damage fee if you destroy something which is fine with me. I stayed an extra day and they charged me twice for a total of $300 dollars. That’s not including what I paid for the 2 nights I stayed. So just be aware of that.

Thoughtfully designed rooms with plenty of amenities a traveler might need. While close to a highway, the hotel is surrounded by trees, for a peaceful, calm feeling.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt very different from how it was presented online. Our room had a connecting door to another guest room, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. We spoke with the front desk, but because the hotel was fully booked, we were moved to another room that also had a connecting door. Both rooms had a noticeable odor, the furniture was outdated with visible wear and tears, and the overall condition did not match the listing. Throughout both nights, we could clearly hear people in neighboring rooms. At one point, the movement from the room next door was strong enough that our headboard repeatedly shook while we were in bed, making it difficult to relax or sleep. During our second night, there was also a strong, lingering foul odor coming from the sink drain that lasted for an extended period and made the room even more unpleasant. We chose this hotel based on the Expedia listing because we were traveling from out of state. Unfortunately, the property did not reflect the expectations set by the listing, and the overall experience was very disappointing.

I have stayed at the sonesta plenty of times, and I assumed this time would be no different except it was. I was falsely charged with a smoking fee for our room when the only thing I did in it was cook my fiancee breakfast. I burnt our bacon slightly which left a smell, and when house keeping came she insinuated that we were smoking to which I explained to her as well as offered to show her the garbage in which I placed the burnt bacon. She declined to even acknowledge what I said, simply said okay, and then went on to bold face lie. When I reached out to the front desk I was told I’d be contacted after an investigation but was never called and my call backs were not answered after the front desk agent took my number. Not only am I disappointed at how this was handled, but i am also disappointed in the level of character these employees who I treated with respect decided to act with. I’ll make sure me and anyone else I know never spends a dime at this location, it is by far the worst one I have ever been to.

Quiet and good location The temperature control was not working
-
I was never told there would be q 75$ upcharge because I brought my poodle. Plus the TV didn't work when we first got to the room. We had to get the clerk to work it for us.

Lamp etc were stained with either what was once fungus or colonies of bacteria.

I am satisfied. Thanks

I've stayed here several times....stayed over the 4th of July weekend and NJ had a storm and knocked the lights out at the hotel. I was gonna ask for a full refund but I asked for a day and never heard nothing....NEVER AGAIN!!!
-
I was then told power would be restored with 2 hours of the storm when I asked if I should find another place to stay I was lied to there the power continued to remain off for the rest of the day and then I was told I couldn’t get a refund for my horrible stay the a/c didn’t work but the staff was nice I wouldn’t say help full but

The bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t go above 72 and it was 98 degrees outside. The lawn mowers at 7 am….
