Hampton Inn Southlake

I had issues of people knocking on my door waking me up saying I was loud when I was sleeping, this happened on a number of occasions throughout the night and that was very unacceptable

The Pool was closed and its summer time. That was one reason why we booked because pool was there.

The staff were lovely and efficient too. One thing for dog owners : two potty areas kept clean with poop bags in good supply ! Will stay here again if I enter the dog show next year !

Enjoyed our stay.

The staff was super nice but the hotel itself was rather dirty (stains on the carpet, toilet wasn’t completely stuck to the floor, baseboards were dusty and scuffed/broken and surfaces weren’t fully cleaned when we came into the room. Overall, you get what you pay for and this was in budget and close.

everything is good

They have parking for large vehicles. But they need to care about some details.

Room and whole motel was clean, staff was great, easy parking, and the addition of a bar was icing on the cake.

Stay was fair

Adjoining room door knob was broken. Not the safest.

My wife travels with her service dog as she is disabled. A woman who works there approached her TWICE about the dog while we were having breakfast and waved the hotel policy in her face the second time. The dog had its service dog vest on and kept by her side as real service dogs should do. This made my wife very upset to the point of harassment (understand approaching once but twice?) Suggestion please train staff on ADA and approaching guests no more than once. This happened the morning of June 16th. It looked like the female employee was cleaning up the breakfast area.

I was specifically looking for a hotel with an outdoor pool when I made this reservation. It was not and is still not listed that the pool was closed. Kids were looking forward to the pool so I lost money and went elsewhere.

Nothing Everything

We were disappointed in our stay. The room was crowded….too much furniture in a small place. The mattresses were soft but the sheets had a musty smell. The AC was difficult to control and it did not keep the temperature constant.

Great location, Friendly service, and cleanliness. Had to ask for towels from Housekeeping more than once, they took awhile to bring them to our room.

The breakfast was okay but the pool was closed when it was supposed to be open already
