The wifi bucks and there's no ice machine

The room was ok for the 2 nights we were there,but the only issue is people sitting on the stairs interfering an easy access going up and down.

The rooms were very dated and had roaches in it. The bedding was dingy and worn.

Despite some of the reviews it seems decent for the price, I guess some of the rooms on the property are better than other rooms

the night auditor was very friendly and took the time to get me a room that worked well for me, but more importantly, he made sure I understood everything and that's important to me because I have a hearing impairment no phone in room so that meant no wake up call

It was convenient for me to get back and forth to work, the staff were very accommodating. There were bugs in the bathroom, the room smelled like smoke at first entrance and the water pressure needs improvement.

I liked nothing about this stay Housekeeping and downstairs availability

I booked a smoking room at $75 Im rounding off here. When I got there the desk clerk denied me my smoking room and said none were available. He lied. I was given a non-smoking room but at the same price now Hotel.Com says the $75 includes All taxes and fees. Thats a lie. They hit me with a $30 deposit totaling $105 which I was still able to afford even though I was being profiled now my deposit which they took immediately but I have to wait a couple of days to get back. They did not check the room thats an issue My main issuen is with being charged the same rate when the app says $63 for the non smokinhg room. Now the clerk admits that smoking is more It makes sense to me since he changed it it would be his problem but what always happens is being caught in the middle of the hotel and app.. The rest of my review for the hotel. The roaches sit and look at you literally. The air conditioner is practically on the bed. Sleep in the middle. The vending machine is the mini mart in the lobby that you cant access during certain hours. If your room number is even the you will be behind the stairwell not in front so dont have a lot to carry or park by the stairwell in the front take the items up then get back in your car and drive back around so you can park by your room. Be careful also the tubs are slippery. Will never go back even if every things is booked I would sleep in the car first. I checked out at 10 am and gave them their key back

AC and hot water were not working in my room. Front desk staff did nothing to attempt to resolve. They stated they had no other rooms, which was odd as they were not fully booked.

Nothing, these people survive off people selling drugs and box, and people that see them off the interstate late at night. Staff very unprofessional, no systems in place - could not extend stay over the phone, had to break up my day, and come to the actual office.
