The room had one fatal flaw. The living and bedroom areas were nice and clean and the bathroom was ok until I went to shower. When i took the bath mat off the hanging rack and moved it to the bathtub floor, at least 3 long hairs came off the mat. At that point I didn't know if there were more hairs in the mat or anything else. Needless to say I didn't shower there and I checked out promptly.

Its a Diamond in the rough for sure. Great value for the price. The room was clean the staff attenuative. Quiet, and comfortable.

Room could have been a little cleaner that's for sure there's a couple things that lake taught my eye and normally things in Windows don't be catching my eye but there was a couple things there that in the air conditioner was complete garbage and it's stunk I mean it was a smoking because they got air conditioner and not even working very well but just stunk I'm never even I mean I'm a smoker dude in that room is stunk I mean I'm not trying to be rude but that could be aired out every day you know what I mean it doesn't need to smell like that or haven't heard air conditioning together when they works halfway you know I mean other than that well that and they wanted to give me a hard time about getting into my booking as well and then when I did give them my ID that I had to dig through my car for 15 minutes looking for then they wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn't me you know what I mean I told them that I wanted my money back nope they didn't want to do that either so then they got a little nicer I still really would rather have my money back but they didn't want to do that and I've stayed there before it was a better experience before I don't know if it's the same people or not but one thing has going for it and I could have swore used to be a 24-hour gas station there but we have a gas station that attached to the hotel it's basically a gas station / hotel that's about the one thing that does have going for it cheap pizza

As a result, we were unable to check in and had to call several other hotels before finding one with a vacancy. Unfortunately, the only available option was a very poor-quality hotel that we would not otherwise have chosen. Given that the advertised 24-hour front desk service was not available and we were unable to access the accommodation we had reserved, I believe I am entitled to a full refund.

The front desk guy was friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. However, I had a concerning experience during check-in. Someone on the phone, who was said to be the owner, asked the staff to pass the phone to me to talk directly. If the owner wants to speak with customers, he should be present at the front desk instead of handling things over the phone. I was also uncomfortable that they collected my ID and kept a copy of it. This could potentially lead to misuse of personal information. Overall, the staff at the desk was good, but the management practices need improvement. 4/10

There is no thermostat in the room; only a dial with numerals 1-10 on the in-room HVAC system. The television did not work. They don't use fitted sheets, and the bed making resulted in tangled bedding; not conducive to a comfortable night's sleep. Front desk clerk had a thick foreign accent, making communication difficult.

Location to our venue I booked 2 rooms but they only had 1 reserved for me. I couldn’t get a receipt because printer was broke. I was told I would get one emailed to me but I never received it. They were storing stuff in our room so they had to clean everything out before we could get in at 10pm at night. Check in was a disaster and woman kept talking to someone on the phone in a different language while trying to find us a room. Entire place smells like grandma’s house.

No breakfast. Bed was clean and comfortable. Place was quiet. It is not fancy, but a good value. The two young people checking people in were nice and helpful when I needed something, but didn't seem to have the skills of welcoming people. They just seemed unaware of customer service expectations such as greeting people and eye contact. No big deal, but since you asked.

I never got to stay there because we were told there was no reservation it with that number nor my name after we drove 2 1/2 hours

TV didn't work. Staff called rushing us to check in so they can leave. Very little lights in room
