The hot tub was not working properly (jets) and that is a main reason I chose this hotel. Also, they were totally out of soda / pop and said they were waiting a delivery. Go to the store and get some for guests! When we first went into our room there was a big pool of water from the refrigerator defrosting. The front desk young man was very nice and mopped it up, but would have preferred this not occur when we first arrived in our room.

The grounds and the room were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Breakfast was pretty good, but I think more fruit options would be nice to have. Overall it was a good option and the dining room was very clean with plenty of seating. Coffee station was nice too.

The front desk staffer, Uryan, treated us and my dog with so much respect and friendliness. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were good nice Jacuzzi and pool. Was not impressed with the breakfast they offered. Elevators were pretty dirty.

Room and location were clean. Free laundry, nice gym, nice pool. Hot tub could use a thorough cleaning. We didn't eat breakfast because there was a huge group of people eating, but the food looked fresh and good. Dirty hot tub, only one elevator, signs for "excuse our appearance" everywhere but I didn't see any actual work happening. We booked through Booking.com and were not allowed to choose king bed vs. 2 doubles, so we spent our anniversary weekend sharing a queen bed together.

Guests directly out front( one sitting on the ground) drinking 2 cases of beer at 7 am Buffet area was not stocked nor did the worker wipe up spills or clean coffee area or counters Laundry room had not been cleaned as many drillers stay at this hotel;
