Clean facility - did have construction but not a problem Breakfast was good - the clean rooms were the best part

The hotel and room were both very clean. They have a shelving unit for dogs- treats. Poop bags, and even a basket for dogs to pick out a toy. Very friendly!

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff from the time of booking were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We used the pool and had a wonderful breakfast. There was a slight issue with the tv in the room and they immediately addressed it. I would absolutely recommend staying at this location. The staff were amazing!!!!

The property was clean and everything we needed We only had one elevator because one was broke

Staff extremely nice and helpful, good breakfast, had meatball hoagie & salad when we arrived that evening.

They have two elevators at this location. One was in operable. The other one was barely operable. I asked several staff how long the elevator was down and they told me it’s been over a month it would cost $20,000 to fix it so they won’t fix it. Meanwhile I’m a handicap person I was on the third floor and if the other elevator broke down I would’ve been screwed so I think somebody from Holiday Inn should contact the management of that building get the elevator working and the one that is working fixed it would randomly go up and down so you would go on an elevator ride

Everything was great. The hotel felt new and clean, and breakfast was delicious. The location is a bit out of the way, and if you are new to the area, driving to the property can be tricky. But that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

I don't normally stay at a Holiday Inn, but this property certainly exceeded my expectations in many ways! First of all, I didn't expect such a nice hotel to be in a small town such as Moundsville. However, it was very clean and inviting from start to finish. The staff was friendly and made you feel right at home. The breakfast bar was incredible, full of really tasty offerings you don't find at most franchise hotels. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. I have only one complaint: some of the washcloths and towels were soiled. I could tell they certainly had been washed and "clean" but contained several stains that didn't wash out. It was a little concerning, but certainly not a deal-buster. My suggestion is to check towels and wash rags when you check in should it be a concern. Everything else was perfect!

Hot tub was nice after a long drive.

Although our stay was brief, we had a great experience. The kids loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. We also appreciated the staff accommodating our room change request. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Was there for wrestling and great location. The staff was amazing for that weekend. And the post weight in snack table was awesome! Kudos to whoever suggested that.! N/a

Location Pillows were very flat. Breakfast was ok but not too good.

This was one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The room wax clean, staff was attentive and prompt and our experience was all in all very pleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home.
