No air conditioning and screen was torn off the balcony door so we melted in the room. Plus there was a dead bug on my pillow.

Very good and spacious room. Bed very comfortable. Helpful staff. Beautiful hotel over all.

I paid for this booking through Booking.com and then the hotel charged me again on the day I checked out. It was a huge surprise and I had to call the hotel to get a refund. As if this writing, no refund has been given

Very nice hotel within walking distance to ski chairlifts. Wonderful fitness center, lovely hot tubs (2) outside on patio. Smallish pool inside. Very clean rooms, staff very nice. Didn't eat in restaurant but got a delicious latte at the bar (open early) every morning. Would stay there again

The gym, they gave me a free upgrade to a room with a kitchenette The restaurant in the hotel, I ordered as room service and paid $6 for adding chicken to the caesar salad, they delivered without the chicken so had to go back. It wasn't a big deal but pretty basic to make sure to read the full order.

Overall it was okay. The lack of it conditioning is 👎- summer days in Colorado, on the mountain are HOT! Also the lack of ANY food options past 9 PM other than the convenience/ liquor store AND the fact that the pool/hotub close at 10 were 👎

Location and staff were great Paying over $600 for two nights, we expected facilities to be at least mid-tier. There was no AC, old TVs, very dated property overall. I wish we had stayed at another location nearby - especially in the summer.

The property was very nice, but they were a lot of hidden fees

Th property was much dingier than it appears in the photos, especially the deck. There is no air conditioning which we assumed would be okay since it wasn’t a hot weekend, but there is zero airflow in the rooms even with the balcony door wide open all night because of the way the property is situated. So for $800, we were uncomfortably hot both nights and barely able to sleep, even with the overhead fan and spare fan in the room on highest settings. We paid extra for a ‘valley view’ room upgrade, but you could only see a sliver of the valley if you leaned out over the balcony. When we called the front desk to confirm we were put in a valley view room, he laughed and said that none of the rooms really have a view of the valley, Don’t waste your money on a view upgrade! And be wary of the paid parking in the parking garage, because caustic liquids drip onto the cars in some spots that may etch your paint!! Crested Butte is beautiful though and definitely worth going, but I would recommend staying elsewhere.

When I walked in at 7 in the evening when I got there the air in the room was stifling. It is a large structure so there’s a lot of solar heat gain. Plus warm days. Their solution was to give me a box fan to try and push the cooler evening air into the room. That does not work unless you can also move the warm air out of the room… I got another fan and rigged it in the balcony door way to create an air exchange system. Got comfortable enough to sleep by about 2 AM. It did not help at all during the day and the afternoons were in the 80’s. It really sucked not being able to use the room during the day to take a nice cool relaxing break. WAY TO HOT!! If you like to sleep HOT this joints for you… If you like reasonably comfortable cool RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

Check-in was a breeze and the room clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, bed was very comfy, I know most hotels in Colorado that are at high elevation usually don’t have air conditioning but it would be nice if it listed that on the listing. It was still very comfortable temp with the box fan provided by the hotel, without the fan would have been a bit too warm for late July.

Rooms are not ventilated. No cooling. Extra fan was provided but it didn’t help either.
-
room was uncomfortably warm

Lots of dog hair, mine doesn’t shed. Microwave is way too high, couldn’t use it at all, every thing is worn out, uncomfortable , fan is on high speed only, very loud music from Jose bar, awful til late, no plates! No teaspoons or bowls , overall dirty
