We had a one night stay here, passing through. It appeared to be the only hotel in the somewhat isolated area. It was very basic, but I will say it was clean. That's most important thing in a hotel to me. TV picture was fuzzy, rugs were red, but the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. Bathroom was fine and clean, no real complaints for the price. The breakfast was fine and then we were on our way!

Great everything

Property was fairly clean. Looks like they were trying to fix things up. Breakfast was very limited

The room was clean, but a little ran down.

Do not judge this hotel by the outside. This is one of the best places I have stayed. Very clean, nice spacious room and the pool was open. Would absolutely stay here again.

Easy check in out clean room nice indoor

Moving onto the lobby: looked clean, the water tank had no cups, the breakfast lounge was on lockdown, no coffee at all hours (no coffee marker in the room either). The decor was a mix-match of beach theme vs mountain. The hallways had automatic air freshener sprayers that were very overbearing. The security doors didn’t work and if they did they were propped open by the “tenants”…yep, the people living here, which made the fire alarms go off at midnight becuase of cooking?? (Something was being cooked) Onto the room: it looked straight out of 1990! The furniture was so outdated I didn’t want to sit on it! The bed had popping springs. The TV looked to be an original flatscreen and the few channels came in statically. The hairdryer didn’t work, no coffee maker. The person living in the room above us either weighted 300lbs or was very heavy footed. The slide lock on the door was broken…looked like it was pushed in? The pool wasn’t circulating, so there was dirt all over the bottom and a film over the top. No outside seating (the tenants would have probably taken that over as well). I wouldn’t walk by dog alone because it was so sketchy! I’ve never wanted to go home early but I did staying here!

Location to explore WV. Close to other conveniences. Under construction at the time. Breakfast was very poor.

Staff were excellent, very accommodating. Room was dated but clean and smelled fresh, beds comfortable and mini fridge worked well. Breakfast was disappointing, very limited, no healthy options.

Landed here in the middle of the night after my vehicle broke down. Room was very clean, sheets were soft and bed was comfy. Felt safe.

The pool was the best part of our stay. There wasn't a ton of grassy area to walk our dog. The outlets were in poor shape; one was broken, there weren't many outlets unoccupied, and all outlets were difficult to access. The mini fridge was not cold when we arrived and it's temperature knob was missing. Once we figured out a way to turn the thermostat up without the knob, it froze everything, though that's better than not keeping things cold for food safety's sake. The room's carpet was disgusting. There was zero coffee maker or clock. The breakfast left much to be desired.

Pool was very warm and relaxing Thank You for keeping it so clean.

This was not a hotel of our choosing…our original choice refused to honor our reservation. But, the hotel was clean and gave us what we needed, a bed for the night. The breakfast was simple, which was fine, but all the “hot” options were cold and we had to warm it up in the microwave.

It was a good location. The bed was comfortable. I was given an extra pillow upon request. The breakfast was better than I anticipated. The pool was refreshing. The shower had good pressure.
-
The hotel had uncomfortable beds, broken bathroom door lock, dogs barking in middle of the night and a pretty substandard break fast.
-
Property in need of some TLC...suggest a coffee maker in rooms or available in lobby; no clock in room....no guide for tv...no eggs or fruit available at breakfast...just the little things that add to the stay.

Location Was not as clean as I had hoped. Taking a shower was difficult because the shower curtain had been ripped out of the wall and not fixed properly. So it leaned down and you could not close the shower curtain at all so the water went all over the floor. You could see that this problem had been going on for a while because of the rusted out trim at the bottom of the door jam and also across the bottom of the door. We had to just ask for extra towels to lay on the floor to catch the water that went out so we didn't slip and fall getting out of the shower. The beds were old & not comfortable at all. I was surprised and disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Also, I had added an additional night a couple days after the initial booking and in the middle of my stay they called me to ask for payment for the second night which I had already done. It was a big kerfuffle which they eventually sorted out but aggravating nonetheless. The staff were nice, but I would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

One of the main reason we got the hotel was for the pool. It was closed over half the stay we were there. Also it is very out dated will not be going back
